Response to Attorney General's Speech on Lincoln's Birthday

To: Attorney General Jeff Sessions

Dear Mr. Attorney General,

This is in response to your speech on Lincoln’s birthday. Really, Mr. Sessions? Really? Do you actually believe the lies you told? That the War was “all about slavery”, as the Marxists have been proclaiming for 150 years? You have proven yourself a traitor to the Southern people, their history, and their culture, and to be a “useful idiot” in support of those who are perpetrating cultural genocide on all things Southern and Confederate. With your words you have slapped every dead Confederate right in the face, as well as the tens of thousands of Southern civilians murdered by Lincoln’s beasts of war.

If the War was “all about slavery”, as you and millions of historically ignorant people proclaim, why did Lincoln not free the more than 420,000 slaves who were still in the union AFTER the Southern states seceded (1860 census)? So, the North was waging a war to “free the slaves”, but that excluded theirs? Only those bad, mean old Southerners had to free their slaves. The “righteous” and “moral” Northerners were allowed to keep theirs. Right? What about the Corwin Amendment, which Lincoln supported, which would have FOREVER protected slavery in the Constitution if the seceded states would only return to the union and ratify it? Why did the South refuse this offer? I mean, if it was “all about slavery”, you would think the South would have jumped all over this. They refused the offer because the War was NOT about slavery, but the continued collection of excessive and unconstitutional tariffs from the South for the benefit of the North, (the South was paying about 85% of the federal revenues but only had 1/3 of the population), subjugation of the South, looting the natural resources of the South, and to establish a strong centralized government, just like the one our Founders did NOT want, but the very one that is still choking us this very day.

There is ample proof that the War was not about slavery. Even Lincoln himself said it was not about slavery. The Crittenden-Johnson Resolution states that the War was not about slavery. Only about 3% of Confederate soldiers owned slaves. Tell me, Mr. Attorney General, what were the other 97% fighting for? So a few rich people could keep their slaves? Logic, common sense, and historical proof reveal that the War of Northern Aggression was not fought to free slaves. It was waged to stamp out the individualism and defiant spirit, the independent spirit, of a segment of the population who were trying to hold on to the Constitution and the principles established by our Founding Fathers.

Slavery was a dying institution. No other country on the planet fought a war to end slavery, but you would have us believe, as other Marxists would, that we had to have this war for that very purpose. Had Lincoln not invaded the South, there would have been no war. He refused to meet with numerous peace delegations who wanted to avoid war. Lincoln wanted war. His devils in blue burned homes and crops, killed and stole animals, murdered numerous civilians, and raped white and black women all over the South. His great Emancipation Proclamation freed not one solitary slave. Read it if you have never done so. The proof lies therein. It was a war measure, as stated by Lincoln himself, with the intent of causing a slave uprising, which did not happen, and to wave the false banner of waging a moral campaign to “free the slaves” so that Europe would see this and not render aid to the South, which it was considering.

Mr. Attorney General, your words have fueled the fires of hatred and cultural genocide against our history, culture, and heritage. You have hurt the purpose of the SCV (Sons of Confederate Veterans) and other groups who exist only to preserve the true accounts of our history and pass these truths on to our posterity. Your words carry much more weight than mine, or any other average “Joe Citizen”, not just because of your prominent position, but where you are from. I am truly ashamed that you are an Alabamian. The traitorous and cowardly blood which flows through your veins is not worthy to be called Southern. You have dishonored the many dead who wore the gray; black, white, Jew, Mexican, Indian, and others who fought for the right of self government. Your words are the same lies which have been told since Reconstruction in order to brainwash the youth into believing their ancestors were evil traitors. What you have done is inexcusable and is pure blasphemy against our ancestors and the truth.

You have proven yourself to be a spineless person who will “go along to get along”, which is the trait of typical politicians. I had to respond to your blasphemy because I cannot sit idly by while my heritage, history, and ancestors are being disparaged.

Unreconstructed,

NC: GUN CONFISCATION COURTS TO BE PROPOSED

Image result for Rep. Marcia Morey (D-Durham),

You read that right. Rep. Marcia Morey (D-Durham), a former judge, whose April appointment to the NC House filled a vacant seat, is looking to turn North Carolina into California—but not regarding sunshine and fad diets. In short, Morey will be proposing the establishment of “firearm restraining orders” (FROs) in our state. An FRO would be issued as a result of an “exparte” (emergency) hearing, where a judge can authorize the seizing of a private citizen’s guns where no crime has been proven (no guilty verdict delivered), and in fact, even where no arrest has taken place. Most likely, the proceedings will be allowed to take place even in the absence of the accused. This means the accused citizen cannot face his accusers, nor defend himself through counsel or otherwise. This is a serious violation of fundamental Constitutional due process rights.

So he’s been on TV twice in the past few months on opposite ends of the country. Yeah, it could be completely coincidental but how many times have you been on TV? Besides ‘Cops’, I mean. And for two completed related subjects? Again, besides ‘Cops’.

NC Gun Editorial: Easy scapegoats

The liberal, leftist Democrat Media Industrial Complex are at war with President Trump, the Republican Party and the NRA. They are blamed for the Valentine Day’s massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. They are innocent.

Neither Mr. Trump nor Republicans nor the NRA is to blame for that Wednesday shooting.
Being conveniently overlooked — because they don’t fit the “political narrative” — are some facts:

• The shooter was expelled from school.
• Authorities knew he was mentally unstable and had an obsessive interest in weapons.
• Police visited his home 39 times between 2011 and 2018.
• The FBI checked, but didn’t follow through, on a YouTube message saying, “I’m going to be a professional school shooter” that he sent in September 2017.
• The FBI ignored a second, specific warning he sent in January that he intended to kill people.
• His full name was included in both tips.
• On her TV program “Judge Jeanine,” Jeanine Pirro said there are only 13 people with the same name in the U.S., but the FBI didn’t bother to do a database search.
• Though mentally troubled, the shooter passed background checks and bought an AR-15 at age 18. He had 10 weapons.
• Law enforcement, social services and school authorities ignored their responsibility.

In May 1974, in a two-day hostage taking of 115 Israelis, Palestinian terrorists killed 31 Israelis, 22 of them children. Today, said American Thinker columnist Patricia McCarthy, schools in Israel with a hundred students or more have armed guards and staff with concealed weapons. “Why do we in America,” she asks, “value air travelers, members of Congress, celebrities, employees and contents of all public buildings, etc., more than we treasure our school children?” Doorbell cameras offer more security than most of our schools.

Maniacs, many suicidal, target schools. Why? Because they can guarantee mass murder in “gun-free zones.”

Mr. Trump is denounced because he said Democrats did nothing about guns when they controlled Congress and the FBI focused on alleged Russian collusion in the 2016 presidential election instead of the Florida shooter. He’s right.

Mr. Trump, the NRA and AR-15s, which can’t fire automatically and thus aren’t assault weapons, will remain. And as the socialist, political left manipulates young people to march in Washington, so will all their political blame.

Kids: Then and Now

A Grand Adventure: Wisdom's Price by [Reed, Fred]

OK, so why is the country falling apart? Specifically, why are kids blowing each other away?

America has become a source of wonder the world over with its Colulmbines and hundreds and hundreds of dead in Chicago and Baltimore and its burning cities and riots. Other advanced countries don’t do these things.

America didn’t either until recently.   Why now? Something has changed, or some things. What?

People under under forty have never seen the country when it was sane. Let me point out things that have changed, at risk of sounding like a boilerplate cadger: “By cracky, wen I was a boy, we could amuse ourselves for hours with just a piece of string and a couple of sticks.” Let’s compare today with the Fifties and Sixties. I mean this as sociology, not nostalgisizing.

I think that a combination of social changes have led to tremendous stress on today’s kids that my generation did not suffer. To wit:

A 60 year old sporting rifle is not the problem.

Everyone, it seems, has a magic bullet that’s going to end school shootings. It’s part of our culture.

The left wants one simple law passed and the right another repealed. Everyone on Twitter is a policy expert, Facebook is filled with solutions that are foolproof and simple and yet somehow overlooked, at least to the experts posting them.

I have bad news for you. No one is going to end school shootings because schools shootings are not the real problem. So be prepared for them to get worse and to not be limited to schools. When your culture falls apart, the people in it fall apart. Some of them turn into TrigglyPuff. Some turn into Nikolas Cruz.

But what did we expect was going to happen? That’s not a rhetorical question, except in the sense that no one really thought to ask it.

We built a culture in which celebrity is our highest aspiration.

Trump pledges to 'strongly' consider concealed carry in schools

President Trump floated the idea of arming teachers in an effort to prevent future school shootings during a listening session on school shootings at the White House on Wednesday.

"If you had a teacher who was adept at firearms, they could very well end the attack very quickly, and the good thing about a suggestion like that -- and we're going to be looking at it very strongly, and I think a lot of people are going to be opposed to it. I think a lot of people are going to like it. But the good thing is you're going to have a lot of [armed] people with that," the president said.

He said the "coach," presumably meaning athletic director Chris Hixon, who was killed during the Florida shooting last week, "saved a lot of lives" but could have saved more if he had a gun.

The U.S. is an invading force that has been bombing Syria since 2014 without legal justification...

...and continues to maintain an illegal military presence in order to carry out its dangerous foreign policy agenda. It wouldn’t matter if the U.S. had one troop on the ground in Syria and if Russia had ten thousand — Russia’s presence has been sanctioned under international law and America’s hasn’t.

On February 16, 2018, Bloomberg’s Eli Lake published an article entitled “Don’t Be Fooled: Russia Attacked U.S. Troops in Syria.”

For context, the U.S.-led coalition conducted air and artillery strikes against what was believed to be pro-government forces in Syria on February 7, 2018, in response to an “unprovoked attack” launched by these pro-regime forces. Not long after, reports began emerging that significant numbers of Russian personnel were included in the over 100 dead and wounded, though Russia denied this at first. As the evidence began to mount, the accepted version of events on both sides was that those involved were Russian mercenaries and contractors, not official troops.

Will every critic of our government policies soon be indictable?

 Mueller2

It’s hard to know where to begin. Last Friday’s indictment of 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies by Special Counsel Robert Mueller was detailed in a 37 page document that provided a great deal of specific evidence claiming that a company based in St. Petersburg, starting in 2014, was using social media to assess American attitudes. Using that assessment, the company inter alia allegedly later ran a clandestine operation seeking to influence opinion in the United States regarding the candidates in the 2016 election in which it favored Donald Trump and denigrated Hillary Clinton.

The Russians identified by name are all back in Russia and cannot be extradited to the U.S., so the indictment is, to a certain extent, political theater as the accused’s defense will never be heard.

What is the FBI hiding in its war to protect Comey?

Image result for What is the FBI hiding in its war to protect Comey?

As the James Comey saga continues to unfold, the James Comey legend continues to unravel. The more we learn about his involvement in the deep state’s illicit targeting of President Trump, the more reason the American people have to question both his motives and his management as director of the FBI, the now-disgraced agency he headed before Trump fired him on May 9, 2017. Comey has left a trail of suspicious activities in his wake.

Comey now looms large over a burgeoning constitutional crisis that could soon overshadow Watergate at its worst. To deepen the crisis even further, it now appears some of Comey’s former FBI and Justice Department colleagues continue to protect him from accountability.

Construction begins to replace border wall in California

The federal government has started work on a border wall in California to replace a decaying decades-old barrier.

The work that began Wednesday in the city of Calexico is the first wall contract awarded in the Trump administration outside of eight prototypes that were built in San Diego. It is a little more than 2 miles (3.2 kilometers) long — a tiny portion of the president's plans for what he calls a "big, beautiful wall" with Mexico.

The administration is seeking $18 billion to extend the wall. Efforts to pay for it as part of a broader immigration package failed in the Senate last week.

In November, SWF Constructors of Omaha, Nebraska, won a contract for $18 million to replace wall in Calexico. The administration waived environmental reviews in September.

Judas and Jeff

The sad fact is, that in this modern period of Southern re-reconstruction there are still pitiful little men like Jeff Sessions (and many more Trey Gowdy, Haley Barbour, ad nauseum) who like the original Judas will, for enough silver, defend even the indefensible.
The sad fact is, that in this modern period of Southern re-reconstruction there are still pitiful little men like Jeff Sessions (and many more Trey Gowdy, Haley Barbour, ad nauseum) who like the original Judas will, for enough silver, defend even the indefensible.

Judas failed in his purpose because he failed to recognize the coming of Christ for what it was: The coming of God with His presentation, gift, of grace. Judas followed Christ, as an apostle, never seeming to understand why Christ came or even who He was, thus carrying him to treachery and his own death and condemnation by God (as Christ).

Jeff Sessions has failed to recognize that the Southern War of Independence was a war to maintain an original American concept of a republic. But, and the irony is explosive, Sessions like many Southern politicians who collect themselves in the Republican party, as if they can be reborn as genuine conservatives and join another collection of weak-kneed, would-be scholars from the Limbaugh-Hannity et al tribe and enjoy their praise as having seen the light.

Sessions believes the Republican party with its sociopathic child, the Union League, still lives to protect conservative, albeit anti- Southern politicians. The silver ante is the mendacity missile of “No matter what Southerners tell you, the War WAS about slavery.”

Sessions let his zealous-Republican, anti-Southern pleadings for national and Northern validation be offered before a group in Philadelphia who worshiped at the footstool of the Great Emancipator A. Lincoln.  Among other statements Sessions (Judas) said that that there were many problems between the two sections but only the slave issue aggravated a War. “It came,” as he said. All other issues could have been resolved he concluded.

The single issue where Only 6 or 7 percent of white Southerners owned even one slave and an ultimate Confederate army that was not an army of slave owners was why, as Sessions (Judas) said, the War came. A War that was needed, although it was not so needed in any other country in the world, nor in the American North which was allowed to sell its slaves into freedom.

But this is old news. This has been stated and defended so many times it is like telling your child a thousand times to not do something just because someone else does it. The sad fact is, that in this modern period of Southern re-reconstruction there are still pitiful little men like Jeff Sessions (and many more Trey Gowdy, Haley Barbour, ad nauseum) who like the original Judas will, for enough silver, defend even the indefensible.

God save the South. God help Jeff Sessions.

Thomas said in his dissent he would have allowed the high court to take up the case, and said the decision from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is “symptomatic of the lower courts’ general failure to afford the Second Amendment the respect due an enumerated constitutional right.”

“If a lower court treated another right so cavalierly,” Thomas wrote in his dissent, “I have little doubt that this Court would intervene. But as evidenced by our continued inaction in this area, the Second Amendment is a disfavored right in this Court.”
