The system is set up to allow those that don't meet the standards in and those who meet the standards but are of a non-oppressed ethnic background out. It is all BS. Race should not be a factor.
"Race should not be a factor." I always thought that was the primary objective of the "civil rights" movement. Dr MLK Jr. dreamed of a time when "we would be judged not by the color of our skin, but the content of our character". Has that changed? Is that now even racist to declare? --Ron W
