Secretary of State Rex Tillerson flew to Moscow today for meetings with Russian leaders.
President Putin announced before Tillerson landed that he would not meet with the US Secretary of State.
Rex Tillerson had met with Vladimir Putin several times as CEO of Exxon Corporation.
Sean Spicer mocked the ‘Russia conspiracy nuts’ after Putin turned away Tillerson today.
