(Bush III) Trump's Haley "No peace in Syria until Assad is ousted"

Nikki Haley
They know no shame or lie they will not tell.

Nikki Haley, the US ambassador to the UN, has said that she sees regime change in Syria as one of the Trump administration’s priorities in the country wracked by civil war.

Defeating Islamic State, pushing Iranian influence out of Syria, and the ousting of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad are priorities for Washington, Haley said in an interview on CNN’s State of the Union, which will air in full on Sunday.
“There’s not any sort of option where a political solution is going to happen with Assad at the head of the regime,” Haley said, while reiterating that defeating Isis was still the number one policy goal. “If you look at his actions, if you look at the situation, it’s going to be hard to see a government that’s peaceful and stable with Assad.”

  1. What if it was said from foreign nations, "no peace in America until Trump is ousted" and that is being said! It's none of our business unless our nation is threatened. like Iraq and Afghanistan, Syria has no means to attack us UNLESS we allow them to enter or bring them here! Trump needs to go back several months and listen to himself and those who elected him instead of these global interventionists!!! --Ron W

  2. Personally, I never liked her. But when, as governor of South Carolina, she caved to the BLM crowd and ordered the battle Flag taken down from the capital grounds my dislike grew exponentially.

    1. I liked her all right when she was willing to play along. But the she caved. The current gov of SC is much better.

Dr. Wilson wrote at the time how Sikhs in the past had been loyal to the Brits, so he hoped good from her.

Haley wrote somewhere how she wasn't accepted as either black or white in SC, that she felt as an outcast as a result. So, she might not care much for SC.
