First in Freedom North Carolina License Plates

North Carolina native Charles Robinson, a license plate collector and historian, designed the “First in Freedom” plate, which recognizes two important events: the signing of the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence on May 20, 1775, and the Halifax Resolves on April 12, 1776. These two events are also commemorated on the North Carolina state flag and are regarded as the first steps toward independence from Great Britain during the early stages of the American Revolution.

The liberal media is setting Donald Trump up to succeed. How? By making Trump out to be such a vile, erratic, destructive loon that unless he reenacts the Slaughter of the Innocents he will outperform expectations.

The New York Times, CNN, the New Yorker and other mainstream outlets have set the bar absurdly low for Trump. He enters office with no yoke of optimism hung around his neck. By contrast, when Barack Obama was elected, people expected miracles, which was strange given his meager resume.

It was also damaging, as it opened the young president to ridicule. That Nobel peace prize? Premature at best. Those tens of thousands cheering at the Brandenburg Gates? Soon to be disappointed.

Much of America is pessimistic about the four years ahead. They are being told that Trump threatens their very well being, that his presidency will endanger Muslims and gays and women, for instance.

These charges are scary, and they are ill-founded – political hyperbole that has left a bitter residue.

Trump has sometimes spoken injudiciously, (and offensively), but he has never been unsupportive of the LGBT community, and has a solid record of hiring and promoting women, including Kellyanne Conway, the first female to successfully run a national campaign. As for Muslims, suggesting that we limit refugees from countries fomenting Jihad is not an assault on people living in this country.

Those who should be nervous about Trump’s election are the people at the top of the political food chain.

N.C. Democrat Party-Funded PAC Involved In Apparent Massive Voter Fraud Scheme
Nah, who would have thought.........:)

A formal protest has been filed with the Bladen County Board of Elections to challenge several hundred apparently fraudulent absentee ballots cast for Roy Cooper and other Democrats in Bladen County. Initial evidence laid out in the protest suggests a “massive scheme to run an absentee ballot mill involving hundreds of ballots, perpetrated by and through the Bladen County Improvement Association PAC,” a political action committee funded by the N.C. Democrat Party and other prominent statewide Democrats.

The protest, filed by Bladen County Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor McCrae Dowless and corroborated by a forensic handwriting expert, notes “shocking evidence resulting from a blatant scheme to try to impact the voting results of an entire county and perhaps even sway statewide and federal elections,” including the gubernatorial race.

Where Was Hillary? Losing it on a losing night.

Ever since the early hours of Wednesday November 9, skeptical minds have been musing over what happened to Hillary and her concession speech. She was supposed to deliver it shortly after it was apparent she had lost on Tuesday evening. She was going to speak. No, she was not ready. Then it was coming Wednesday morning. No, it would be put off for a while. She supposedly was very gracious in talking to Donald Trump later that night, but was still not ready to concede publicly until late Wednesday morning.

At 2 a.m., a rattled John Podesta walked out on stage and told everyone to “head home.” “It’s been a long night and it’s been a long campaign,” he said, “But I can say, we can wait a little longer.” And he went on about the importance of seeing that every vote got counted. Actually it was much worse than that. He was hiding something.

Sources have told The American Spectator that on Tuesday night, after Hillary realized she had lost, she went into a rage. Secret Service officers told at least one source that she began yelling, screaming obscenities, and pounding furniture. She picked up objects and threw them at attendants and staff.

She was in an uncontrollable rage. Her aides could not allow her to come out in public. It would take her hours to calm down. As has been reported for years, her violent temper got the best of her. Talk about having a temperament ill-suited for having access to the atomic bomb. So Podesta went out and gave his aimless speech. I wish we could report on Bill’s whereabouts but we cannot. We shall work on that.

NavyJack – Treasonous Conspiracies Against the Government of the United States of America

 austin-trump-protest-communist-mexican-flags

Introduction

Over the past 5 days, the nation has experienced major protests in 12 Democratic Party controlled cities and minor protests in many others. In each case, the protests were sponsored by organizations that openly support the overthrow of the United States, promote communism or promote a social agenda; including The Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, Black Lives Matter, La Raza and MEChA.

Protesters proudly carried red communist flags emblazoned with the Soviet hammer and sickle, as well as Mexican flags, while they in turn burned American flags.

The logistics, transportation, signs, promotional activities and leadership have all been provided at significant expense to these organizations. Protests have turned violent in Oakland, Los Angeles and Portland. Physical attacks have occurred against the supporters of the President Elect in many other cities.

A Trump Doctrine — ‘America First’

A Trump Doctrine — ‘America First’

However Donald Trump came upon the foreign policy views he espoused, they were as crucial to his election as his views on trade and the border.

Yet those views are hemlock to the GOP foreign policy elite and the liberal Democratic interventionists of the Acela Corridor.

Trump promised an “America First” foreign policy rooted in the national interest, not in nostalgia. The neocons insist that every Cold War and post-Cold War commitment be maintained, in perpetuity.

On Sunday’s “60 Minutes,” Trump said: “You know, we’ve been fighting this war for 15 years. …

We’ve spent $6 trillion in the Middle East, $6 trillion — we could have rebuilt our country twice.

And you look at our roads and our bridges and our tunnels … and our airports are … obsolete.”

Yet the War Party has not had enough of war, not nearly.

CCW holder shoots, kills motorist assaulting deputy after traffic stop

A driver who attacked a Florida sheriff's deputy Monday morning was shot and killed by a bystander who warned him to stop beating the officer, according to a report.

The incident began at around 9:30 a.m. when the Lee County deputy tried to make a traffic stop on Interstate 75 in Estero. Instead of complying, witnesses said the driver took off, reaching speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.

The deputy chased the suspect onto an exit ramp, where a witness said the suspect got out of his car and assaulted his pursuer.

Shanta Holditch told WZVN that the suspect pulled the deputy out of his car and "just kept beating him and beating him ... throwing him to the ground and punching him in all different directions."

Dear President Trump

The recent presidential campaign saw a plethora of open letters directed at Donald Trump, at least two of which were authored and signed by neoconservative foreign policy “experts” denouncing him for challenging their most cherished notions.

Now it’s my turn to write an open letter, albeit coming from the opposite direction.

Dear President Trump:

Unlike what you might expect from a writer for a web site like Antiwar.com, I’ve given you a pretty fair shake. I have to admit that, at first, I just didn’t get it, but I’m honest enough to admit when I’m wrong. As you began to lay out your platform, I took notice – and, in the face of a lot of skepticism from my readers and even from some of my colleagues, I started to cheer you on. Not that I cheered every pronouncement – but when you started criticizing the conduct of American foreign policy under the Bush administration, and not just the Obama regime, I was quite impressed.

The turning point, for me, was when you got up at that South Carolina GOP presidential debate and said:

“I want to tell you. They lied. They said there were weapons of mass destruction, there were none. And they knew there were none. There were no weapons of mass destruction.”

With ex-Goldman and Soros employee Steven Mnuchin groomed to be Trump's new Treasury Secretary, as Bloomberg reported earlier today, there was just one big question mark remaining: who would fill the other top post in Trump's government: the Secretary of State. The answer arrived moments ago courtesy of AP, which reported that contrary to earlier speculation that Rudy Giuliani would be Trump's Attorney General, the former NY mayor is set to become the top US diplomat under Trump.

The pick of Giulani for SecState means that Senator Jeff Sessions is likely to be Trump's pick for DOJ. The AP notes adds that Sessions has been meeting with Trump officials on Monday evening. Miller says Trump "would be lucky to have him in any capacity and vice versa."
