NC: "Suppose Hillary runs Obama as VP, wins President, resigns as pay off for not being charged/going to jail. Obama = President for 4 more years."

Via Cousin John

If you might be tempted to think that Crooked Hillary would be just a little humbled after evading justice today for her private email server scam, you would be 100% wrong. Crooked Hillary took to the stage today to mock and belittle her critics. In her opening remarks she blasted Donald Trump, all his followers, conspiracy theorists, patriots and everyone who thinks she should be going to jail for her private email server scandal. And, oh yeah, promised everyone free college if they vote for her in November and said that that was “Obama’s idea”.

Court: Officials can't use private email to evade laws: Ruling same day FBI not recommending charges for Hillary

Via Billy

Federal officials may not use private email accounts to get around public records laws, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit overturned a lower court decision in which judges dismissed claims from the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), a conservative think tank that attempted to obtain correspondence from a top White House official through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

FBI Rewrites Federal Law to Let Hillary Off the Hook

Via David

There is no way of getting around this: According to Director James Comey (disclosure: a former colleague and longtime friend of mine), Hillary Clinton checked every box required for a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18):

With lawful access to highly classified information she acted with gross negligence in removing and causing it to be removed it from its proper place of custody, and she transmitted it and caused it to be transmitted to others not authorized to have it, in patent violation of her trust. Director Comey even conceded that former Secretary Clinton was “extremely careless” and strongly suggested that her recklessness very likely led to communications (her own and those she corresponded with) being intercepted by foreign intelligence services. Yet, Director Comey recommended against prosecution of the law violations he clearly found on the ground that there was no intent to harm the United States.

In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require. The added intent element, moreover, makes no sense: The point of having a statute that criminalizes gross negligence is to underscore that government officials have a special obligation to safeguard national defense secrets; when they fail to carry out that obligation due to gross negligence, they are guilty of serious wrongdoing. The lack of intent to harm our country is irrelevant. People never intend the bad things that happen due to gross negligence.

Police Launch ‘Don’t Touch Me’ Wristbands to Stop Migrant Sex Attacks in Sweden

Via David

Clearly, brain-dead.

Sweden’s police chief unveiled the force’s latest weapon in the fight against sexual assault: wristbands reading “Don’t touch me”.

A recent Swedish press release warns that groping is a crime. In it, the country’s national police chief Dan Eliasson said: “No one should have to accept sexual molestation. So do not grope. And if you are groped, report it to the police.”

Mr. Eliasson mentioned a variety of actions such as “a hand tucked between the legs”, “a hug from behind in the crush at a club or festival”, and “one person holding somebody while another grabs their breasts”, describing them as “situations many young people recognise too well”.

The press release announced that police intend to equip young women with wristbands with the slogan “don’t touch me”. This will happen over the summer, at festivals and other events for young people. “By wearing these wristbands,” Sweden’s police chief said, “young women will be able to make a stand”.

FBI Director Comey Obliterated These Hillary Talking Points

While FBI Director James Comey announced in a surprise press conference on Tuesday that he will recommend that charges not be filed against Hillary Clinton and her aides for mishandling classified information, the Obama appointee torched talking points that the former secretary of state has used in defense of her email practices.

Sanders supporters melt down over FBI's Clinton decision

Via Billy

It's not only Donald Trump and Republicans expressing their indignation at the FBI's decision not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton over her handling of classified materials on a private email server.

The Tuesday announcement also set off a torrent of anger and frustration among some of Bernie Sanders' most diehard supporters, a vocal minority who have been agitating for an indictment of the former secretary of state in the hopes it would vault the Vermont senator to the Democratic nomination.

Trump and the Sanders bitter-enders had played up the possibility, pointing to what they called an "FBI convention" that would effectively block Clinton from becoming the nominee. But with FBI Director James Comey's announcement likely closing that door, social media -- including a couple high-profile Sanders backers -- erupted:

2016 Aston Martin Vulcan 7.0/820 HP

This is Aston Martin’s newest, most intense and exhilarating creation ever, the 2016 Vulcan. Only 24 were built, probably because someone at Aston Martin’s Gaydon, England headquarters rightly judged the world simply was not ready for more. Whatever the truth may be, this track-only Aston Martin, serial number 11 of the 24 built, is one of the most exclusive automobiles in the world, capable of transporting extraordinarily fortunate souls into raptures of sound and fury unlike any other.

Developed in partnership with Aston Martin Racing, the Vulcan’s 800-plus HP naturally aspirated engine is based on that of their GT3 racer, but enlarged to a full 7.0 liters and electronically managed by Cosworth ECU technology. The Inconel and titanium exhaust system’s best feature comes during downshifts, when the side pipes crackle and pop while emitting flashes of blue flames. The Vulcan engine can be set at three output levels, allowing the driver to experience increasing power as his skill level improves with track time.

The hillary whitewash!

The depth of corruption in the United Socialist Democracy of America was, this morning revealed, with the whitewash that the FBI has handed to Hilary Clinton. For me it has only confirmed what I predicted months ago, and have known for at least the past 40 years; there is no reforming the Federal Yankee dominated and completely corrupted government and political system that now controls the former free republic of the so-called united states of America. It is hard to conceive of how a hand full of socialist lunatics now have so much power that they care not what the inhabitants of this country care or do and that they can now run roughshod over any and all of the legal systems that were designed by the founders to ensure that criminals are apprehended and punished for their crimes.

King George would be very jealous of the awesome power that is now controlled by the likes of hillary, bill, obama, and the rest of their corrupt entourage. Any meaningful reform of this system is now impossible, and anyone who has the delusion that electing Trump will make any difference, is a candidate for the Loony  bin! When hillary gets elected, (and she will) the final nail will be driven in the coffin of the American Republic and your and my grandchildren will live a life of slavery to the state. As I see it, a state by state Brexit or a bloody revolution are now the only plausible answers to the dilemma that we, after her election, will find ourselves in. My fervent prayer is that there will be a governor in one of the states who has the ca-hones to do what S.C. did when the Ape Lincum was elected. They say history repeats itself, and in my mind we are right back where we were in 1861, and essentially for the same reasons. God help those who are still living with the delusion that they are free people.

Comey's Conclusion, Collusion Or Confounded Confusion. The Weight Of The World Now Falls On Loretta Lynch's Shoulders.

Via Joe "I have revised and extended my comment into a blog post."

This "conclusion" (collusion?) by FBI Director Comey that there is insufficient grounds to prosecute the Hillary Clinton or any of her staff pretty much guarantees that she will not be holding anything but carefully stage managed press conferences and interviews between now and November.

That said, there is more going on here than meets the eye. Either Comey has succumbed to blackmail or covert threats to his family, (what has become known as Arkancide) or he is more clever than anyone thinks, even the Clintons, or both. Anyone like myself who has held a TS/SCI clearance and read and signed the attendant nondisclosure agreements, with their promises of arrest, prosecution and imprisonment for failure to comply, understands that Comey's  statement was pure prevarication and obfuscation on the pertinent points of the applicable law. (18 U.S.C. Section 793-F).

AG Lynch by her history is clearly beholden to Bill Clinton, director Comey is not. Perhaps by his report he relieves himself from any threats from the Clinton Mafia and puts the entire onus of the final decision on Lynch and the DoJ, thus making ANY decision they make seen as either completely spineless or purely political.

US oil reserves surpass those of Saudi Arabia and Russia

Via Billy

The US holds more oil reserves than Saudi Arabia and Russia, the first time it has surpassed those held by the world’s biggest exporting nations, according to a new study.

Rystad Energy estimates recoverable oil in the US from existing fields, discoveries and yet undiscovered areas amounts to 264bn barrels. The figure surpasses Saudi Arabia’s 212bn and Russia’s 256bn in reserves.

The analysis of 60,000 fields worldwide, conducted over a three-year period by the Oslo-based group, shows total global oil reserves at 2.1tn barrels. This is 70 times the current production rate of about 30bn barrels of crude oil a year, Rystad Energy said on Monday.

It's enough to make any person of conscience puke. Comey's conclusion that HE doesn't think the case against Clinton and her staff could be successfully prosecuted is a travesty in itself. Anyone with any legal common sense would have found his statement contradictory.

Just how does someone in the position of Secretary of State behave in a manner that is "extremely careless" and at the same time avoid being found in "gross negligence" as under 18 U.S.C. Section 793-F? Black's Law Dictionary itself defines gross negligence as extreme carelessness.

The controversy over this stinking load of Clinton corruption is far from over. Just like the Clinton cronies at the Wall Street Banks think they are "Too big to fail", the Clintons think they are "Too big to jail." Let the leaks from the FBI files begin. The evil bitch is going to be on the defensive all the way into November.

Bill's silver or lead ploy on the Phoenix airport tarmac is going to backfire. Otherwise the Republic is finished. God save us all.

Where The Real Stench Is With Hillary

Via Adam

EmailGate is very, very bad.

The mere presence of SAP material on her "private" email server is a federal offense -- and should be.  Sometimes described as "above top secret" these programs are no-BS "need to know" and you must be read into each one individually, then you must access whatever material is involved in a secured facility from which that material may not leave.  There is no such thing as "having access to them" on a general basis, no matter who you are.

These programs typically deal with human intelligence of some form -- an agent on the ground in a foreign nation employed in a very sensitive role and operation.  Divulging the material will cause great harm to national security, usually will get people killed outright and might start a war -- literally.  That's not hyperbole -- it's real and is no joke.

That Hillary is reported to have had this material on her server means that at least two serious felonies occurred.  First, the person who caused it to be there committed a serious federal offense, since there is literally no possible way for it to happen without multiple breaches of security protocols to have taken place sequentially, acts that cannot happen by accident.

Second, for Hillary to not immediately report same and deal with the fallout is a second federal offense.

And by the way, if Bill had access to it then he's in trouble too (and he probably did, and is.)

Trump: Who's paying for Obama's political trips?

Via Billy

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump takes the stage at a rally at Southside Ballroom in Dallas, Texas on June 16.

Donald Trump on Tuesday ratcheted up his criticism of President Barack Obama's travel aboard Air Force One to help Hillary Clinton, ripping into the president for his campaign trip to North Carolina at taxpayers' expense.

"Taxpayers are paying a fortune for the use of Air Force One on the campaign trail by President Obama and Crooked Hillary. A total disgrace!" Trump tweeted Tuesday, hours before Clinton and Obama are scheduled to fly from Joint Base Andrews to Charlotte, North Carolina, for their first joint appearance.

Federal Lab Refuses To Reveal Who Manipulated Environmental Data For Two Decades

Sally Jewell speaks at the Fortune Brainstorm Commie Green conference in Laguna Niguel, California

U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) officials refuse to reveal who, if anyone, has been punished for nearly two decades of “disturbing” data manipulation.

Someone in the inorganic section of a USGS lab in Lakewood, Colorado manipulated data – some of which related to the environment – from 1996 to 2014, with “serious and far ranging” effects, the Department of the Interior (DOI) Inspector General (IG) recently reported.

The Energy Resources Program lab closed March 1, 2016 as a result of the bad data, but now agency officials won’t say who’s been punished or even if anybody has or will be.

"FBI Director Comey says that Hillary Clinton was 'extremely careless' with classified information.  The applicable statute in this case says she would be charges and found guilty if she could be shown to be 'grossly negligent.'

So, will someone please explain to me what is the difference between being called by the FBI 'extremely careless' and yet not being charged with being 'grossly negligent' as the statute requires?

I contend there is no difference and yet she was handed a free 'skate' card once again.

Above pictures from Bogue Inlet, Emerald Isle Pier/Beach area. The Tarpon was 62 pounds, but the pictures are poor. Two more were lost shortly thereafter.   One was hooked well, but you never know.  We saw one, not sure the species, some years ago that was much bigger as the man fought it for two hours only to have the fish stop running outwards, but head towards the pier where of course the line was broken once he went underneath/around the pilings.  Talk about a dejected man.

4th of July above and a madhouse.  Will be happy to go back to normal tomorrow, where starting at 5, I walk on the beach for 30 minutes, then to the end of the pier checking the catches and back to a beach chair under the pier for a few beers enjoying the best time of day.  I imagine early morning would be nice also, but haven't ventured out that early before. :)

Brexit: Dividing the Indivisible

The EU and the Union flags fly outside The European Commission Representation in the United Kingdom in central London January 23, 2013. Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron promised on Wednesday to give Britons a referendum choice on whether to stay in the European Union or leave if he wins an election in 2015, placing a question mark over Britain's membership for years. REUTERS/Stefan Wermuth (BRITAIN - Tags: POLITICS) - RTR3CU5Jhttp://www.campusreform.org/img/CROBlog/6635/Oppression-Flags.jpg

In his first Inaugural address, Abraham Lincoln explained his moral justification for invading the Southern States. Plainly, he said, “the central idea of secession is the essence of anarchy.” He reasoned that if a State can lawfully secede from the Union, so can a part of that part and a part of that part, on down to one individual and the dissolution of all political authority. This was a stock argument deduced from what philosopher Michael Oakeshott called the idea of a modern European state. In this kind of state political order requires a central authority conceived of as an artificial corporation vested with plenary power over individuals in a territory. Thomas Hobbes (1651) was the first to describe the modern state as an artificial man.

What is peculiar about this sort of state, whether liberal, socialist, communist, or fascist, is that it frowns on independent social authorities within its borders such as an independent church, an order of nobility, tribes, free cities, provinces, independent educational institutions, independent banking, an independent currency, and the like. As a practical matter, the modern state must tolerate some of these, but its disposition is to eliminate them if possible, or more likely to draw their teeth by incorporating (and co-opting) them as agencies of central power.

This disposition to total control by hollowing out independent social authorities is a feature of all modern states whether liberal, socialist, communist, or fascist.

The decision was unprecedented in Austria's post-war history and beyond, appearing to be the first time that a nationwide election has been annulled and a repeat vote called in any European Union country.

The ruling, announced by Constitutional Court chief judge Gerhart Holzinger, represents a victory for the Freedom Party, which challenged the May 22 runoff on claims of widespread irregularities. But it also has wider implications that encompass other European countries.
