Gowdy Releases Scathing Letter Proving Dem Insiders Obstructed Benghazi Investigation

The Deadly Advance of Jihad

Republican Congressman Duncan Hunter of California recently revealed that the U.S. Border Patrol had apprehended six illegal immigrants, five Pakistanis and one Afghan, who had crossed the Mexican border into Arizona. An FBI check revealed that the Afghan had ties with known terrorists.

The Border Patrol released the five Pakistanis as asylum seekers, although they had family ties to Taliban radicals. They have since disappeared into the U.S. The Obama Administration responded to Rep. Duncan’s inquiry with a statement that the Obama Administration protocol was to release “low priority security risk” illegal immigrants into the country. The Obama Administration’s priority is evidently to maximize Muslim immigration into the U.S., which over the last several years has averaged over 100,000 per year.

Put Trump's wall in the GOP platform: Phyllis Schlafly: Such a move 'would attract American workers to vote Republican'

Via Billy

The promise to build a wall along America’s southern border with Mexico has carried Donald Trump to his remarkable victory in the Republican primaries for president. Now it’s time to put that promise into the official Republican Party Platform.

Many would be surprised to learn that a border security fence or wall was not already in the Republican platform. After all, President George W. Bush signed the Secure Fence Act, which Congress passed in 2006 with the support of many Democrats including then-Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
In the 10 years since Bush signed that law in a staged photo-op, the government has actually built only 36 miles of secure double fencing instead of the 700 miles authorized by that bipartisan, high-profile law. As a result, our southern border is penetrated daily by wave after wave of drug-smuggling, human-trafficking people with incurable or infectious diseases such as the Zika virus, and even Muslims and Chinese people who somehow made their way to Mexico.

Countering Extremism on Public Lands (Info only)

Via S.
If you would like to weigh in on this issue as a private individual, send the requested information to Ann by tomorrow, June 9.  NAFSR has already taken a position on this topic in our joint letter with the Public Lands Foundation.

As a former BLM State Director, I encountered many dangerous examples of anti-government extremism.  I would like to get as many senior land management agency officials to sign on to the attached document as possible since many of us have lived through the difficulties of having our employees threatened, seen our budgets go to repair vandalism caused by anti-government extremists, and seen efforts to work collaboratively with local communities high jacked by fear and mistrust.

While I have contacts for some former colleagues, I would appreciate you contacting your colleagues who are senior land management agency officials who no longer work for the federal government, and ask them to join me.  Please share the attached submission and if they would like to be added to this sign on, have them send me their name, agency affiliation and title, phone number and email address (as requested by the Committee) so I can add their name to this submission.  We would be submitting this as individuals, not as members of an organization.

I need this information by June 9th so I can compile the submission.  Thanks for your help and feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Thank you, Obama Voters: National Cathedral to remove Confederate flags from windows & decide on removal of Lee/Jackson windows

Via Bob

The image on the left includes Stonewall Jackson, a Confederate general. On the right is Robert E. Lee.

& yes you are ultimately responsible, no ifs, ands or buts.

The Washington National Cathedral will remove Confederate battle flags from two stained glass windows honoring Confederate Generals Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee, the cathedral said on Wednesday.
Officials at the neo-Gothic Episcopal cathedral, one of the best-known U.S. places of worship, said in a statement the two images of the flag would be replaced by plain glass, with the cost borne by private donors.

The rest of the two windows w
ill be left up for the time being and used as a starting point in discussions about racism, they said.

If Obama's immigration actions are upheld, what's left of Congress?

Via sauced07

Congress may lose much of its authority over immigration this month.

For decades, the Supreme Court has held that authority over immigration is shared between the political branches — the legislative and the executive. But if the court sides with the Obama administration in United States v. Texas, that balance will forever be upset and Congress will find itself with little recourse. Put another way, if the White House wins, the voters will have greater difficultly shaping immigration policy through congressional elections, and petitioning Congress on immigration will serve little purpose.

There's a central reason why President Obama went around Congress and decreed his controversial Deferred Action programs: He couldn't get them through the legislative process because they are unpopular with the public. The people's elected representatives have rejected amnesty on two occasions in recent years: The McCain-Kennedy bill went down in flames in 2007 and a few years later, the Schumer-Rubio bill was similarly defeated. The DREAM Act was also repeatedly introduced but repeatedly failed to gain traction. Americans simply have little interest in returning to a failed idea of the past now that it's clear mass legalization only encourages more illegal immigration.

From Christian School to Public School to LGBTQ

Via comment by Quartermain on Useful idiots

When Trevor Dunning first entered the Trinity Christian School speech class, he was personally greeted, as each student was, and a few words of welcome were exchanged.  He stood out with his solid physique, and soft intense face. However, the moment he spoke, his struggles became obvious.

While talking, he would suddenly push out a breathy deep, “UHH…UHH,” which came every three of four words. It was a severe stutter problem. He had enrolled in my speech class to hopefully be able to speak better. As he spoke to me a couple of kids in line elbowed each other in the side while softly giggling. When the classes started they began to laugh at him as he tried to express himself.

The students jumped as my fist slammed down hard on the desk. “First of all, you are all supposed to be Christian kids. Is laughing and mocking someone who has difficulty a proper model of Jesus you are all supposed to emulate? I am ashamed of all of you!”

This was the first day of the semester. The students suddenly became silent and attentive. “First of all, don’t you EVER mock or laugh at someone who has a handicap of ANY kind, or ANYONE who is differant. As a Christian you are supposed to encourage everyone you meet, especially those with difficulties. You are to respect EVERYBODY.  Is that clear?”  They all soberly nodded their heads.

Then I added, “Trevor shows more courage than ANY of you. Knowing his problem was abnormal he was determined to enroll in this class, in an effort to conquer his speech defect and to eventually stand up and give a speech. All of you can learn a lot from this very brave young man. Now don’t forget for one moment what I have just said.”

Things went well from that point.

Yet another to stick a fork into: Hugh Hewitt: GOP Should Change Convention Rules to Dump Trump

Via Billy

File, Van Nuys, Calif., Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010.
Another cuckservative. Kinda' like the ring to it. :)

Conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt suggests the Republican Party should change the rules ahead of the GOP National Convention so presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump can be replaced.

“It’s like ignoring stage-four cancer. You can’t do it, you gotta go attack it,” Hewitt says. “And right now the Republican Party is facing — the plane is headed towards the mountain after the last 72 hours.”

HISTORY! Trump Shatters Republican Primary Vote Record by 1.4 Million Votes

Via Billy

The Republican Party also set a party record this year in pre-convention state election turnout with over 28 million votes to date which is 139% of the record high voter turnout in 2008.  This increase in votes can be attributed to Donald Trump.

Trump won a higher percentage of votes than any candidate ever when considering the number of contenders in the race. He also has the highest percent of delegates when considering the competition than any candidate ever.

Trump may also be the first candidate in the modern era to have funded his campaign by himself during the primary season.

Although his results are much more impressive, he only spent a quarter the amount of money as Democrats Clinton and Sanders. He proved to be the real capitalist in the primary while Clinton and Sanders proved to be the socialists freely spending other people’s money.

Trump’s accomplishments will now go down in history. On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton pulled out the win with more delegates than socialist Sanders. However, nearly a quarter of her delegates came from controversial ‘super delegates’. Her road to the Democratic nomination was far less impressive and may also go down in history because she may be under indictment before the November election.

New ISIS ‘Kill’ List Claims To Target Thousands Of Americans

Via Iver

A pro-ISIS “hacking” group calling itself the United Cyber Caliphate distributed its latest “kill” list this week. The group claims the list includes names, addresses, and email addresses belonging to 8,318 people, making it one of the longest target lists ISIS-affiliated groups have distributed.

In a post Vocativ uncovered on the messaging app Telegram that was written in both English and Arabic, the United Cyber Caliphate called on its supporters to “follow” those listed and “kill them strongly to take revenge for Muslims.”

Royal Navy intercepts Russia submarine in the Straits of Dover

Vladimir Putin

British Navy crews from HMS Kent raced to intercept the Soviet sub, which was also stocked with tornadoes, just days before Euro 2016 kicks off.

The ruthless Ha! No, he just has a set of balls, something the West is sorely lacking. :) Russian leader’s latest act of aggression comes ahead of England’s opening game against Russia on Saturday.

Military insiders say the deadly submarine – which has the capability to launch surface-to-air missiles – had been monitored since Sunday when it left its base in Severmorsk, northern Russia.

It was accosted by HMH Kent as it made its way down England’s eastern coastline.

What the IRS just revealed should start a wave of OUTRAGE

Via sauced07

I posted a similar piece previously, but this one has new information.

Just imagine if this had been a Republican presidential administration these past seven years. The media would have been all over it like white on rice. However, for some very apparent reason, the liberal progressive media has dismissed or ignored scandals, faults, issues of deception, lies, abandonment of Americans to die, and tyrannical unconstitutional actions. Now the IRS has finally revealed its nefarious actions to us all – and it’s far worse than we thought.

NC: The best news I've heard in a long time! Tea-party turncoat turned out in primary

Via Terry

One-time tea-party heroine Rep. Renee Ellmers, R-N.C., lost her bid for re-election Tuesday, becoming the first GOP congressional incumbent to lose a seat in 2016.

Ellmers lost favor with her base after being elected in the 2010 Republican takeover of the U.S. House when she curried favor with the former Speaker John Boehner’s leadership team.

She lost Tuesday to challenger Rep. George Holding, who previously represented another district. With 64 percent of the precincts reporting, Ellmers was battling for second place with Greg Brannon. Holding held a commanding lead with 50 percent of the vote.

Firefighters Called ‘Terrorists’ For Putting American Flag On Truck

Via comment by Cav Med on  The Virginia Flaggers: A Happy Saturday Story

They were told this would happen when they came for the Confederate Flag.

A Rhode Island city official called the city’s firefighters “terrorists” and compared them to ISIS for putting an American flag on their firetruck. The firefighters say they have been told to remove the flag by city officials.

A local NBC affiliate obtained audio of Central Coventry Fire District Chairman Fred Gralinski making the comparison at a board meeting.

They look like a bunch of yahoos,” Gralinski said. “Like in the paper, like ISIS in Syria going to take over a city. I don’t think they need that big flag on the back of the truck. That’s not America to me. Those are a bunch of terrorists. So, I’m going to ask you to take the flag off that truck.”

Students claim 'Clinton U' is a scam: They 'got paid millions and I got stuck with $120,000 debt'

Via Billy

Please, you three, disappear off the face of the earth.

A victim of Laureate Education, the Clinton-backed, for-profit college, has come forward with accusations that its Walden University Online is a scam that piles tens of thousands of dollars of debt on unsuspecting students while unreasonably delaying degrees or often failing to deliver them.

“When I signed up for Walden Education in January 2009, I was told I would get my Doctor of Education degree by December 2011, after two years study for a cost of $40,000,” explained Teresa Ferguson, a mother of three teenagers who resides outside Atlanta.

“That was OK with me. I could accept two years and $40,000, but that isn’t the way it happened,” she explained. “With Walden, I was hit with delays and program change after program change, so it took me two extra years and I ended up with $120,000 in tuition debt. I’m a schoolteacher. How am I ever going to pay off a debt like that?”
