Secret Service source: Breitbart reporter touched Trump: 'She crossed in between agents and our protectee after being told not to'

Can't imagine which one is the agent............:)

Donald Trump claims a former Breitbart reporter made unwanted physical contact with him before his campaign manager allegedly grabbed the reporter’s arm – and a member of Trump’s Secret Service detail is backing up the GOP front-runner’s story.

After claiming former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields touched him, Trump asked Tuesday, “Can I press charges?”

As WND reported, Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, 41, is accused of accosting Fields at the March 8 rally after she purportedly touched Trump’s arm. Lewandowski was formally charged with misdemeanor battery Tuesday. Fields filed a police report three days after the incident in Jupiter, Florida, and claimed the encounter left bruises on her arm.

Burns Chronicles No 17: “a speedy and public trial”

 Justice w noose

Is it for the government to interpret the Constitution, or is it for We, the People, to interpret that document, which, as is so clearly stated in the preamble, approved by us, through conventions of representatives in all thirteen then independent states under the Articles of Confederation?

There can be little doubt that Congress, the Executive, and the Judicial, must, in many instances, determine the intent of the Constitution.  The same was true under British rule.  However, when the government interpretation reaches the point of a gross deviation from intent, we cannot leave it to the government for that interpretation.  For, to do so allows the government to bypass the Amendment Process described in Article 5, and simply pass whatever laws they want.  When that happens, the Constitution is no longer in effect, and we are subjected to nothing less than a despotic government, failing to be government created by the Constitution, rather acting as an oligarchy, with no regard to the limitations imposed upon them by the Constitution.

So, in a larger sense, it must evolve to us, when the government so grossly misapplies those powers and authorities granted to it by the Constitution, to take, again, the reins of government, and to force those who claim to represent us back into their limited authority, by whatever means necessary.

The events in Harney County, Oregon, have brought a rather interesting light upon the actions of government.  So, we will begin by comparing some of their actions to historically recognized abuses, and then the remedies evolving out of those prior violations of our natural rights.

Saudi Prince: Will Support Israel in a Intifada With Palestine

 Saudi Prince Alwaleed

According to the Kuwaiti daily Al Qabas, Saudi Prince al-Waleed bin Talal said on Tuesday that he would support Israel in an intifada and that Saudi Arabia must reconsider its regional commitments and devise a new strategy to combat Iran's increasing influence in the Gulf by forging a defense pact with the Jewish state.

"I will side with the Jewish nation and its democratic aspirations in case of outbreak of a Palestinian intifada and I shall exert all my influence to break any ominous Arab initiatives set to condemn Tel Aviv, because I deem the Arab-Israeli entente and future friendship necessary to impede the dangerous Iranian encroachment," Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) quoted Prince al-Waleed as saying.

Guilty Until Proven Innocent: When leftist protesters can’t handle the truth.

Via David

On the day I was scheduled to speak at USC this week, a column appeared in the Daily Trojan, titled “David Horowitz Does Not Belong On Campus.” The author, an Iranian student named Lida Dianti, justified her desire to ban me from speaking by claiming that I was a racist and anti-Muslim, and that I “vilified Palestinians.”

In fact, I have been a lifelong defender of minorities and particularly African Americans, having been in my first civil rights march 68 years ago, during the Truman administration, almost half a century before Lida Dianti was born. Dianti justifies her claim that I am an anti-black racist with these words:
“He has refuted the prevalence of institutionalized racism,” and “[dismissed] the systems that actively oppress black Americans.”

Well, if I’ve “refuted” the claim that there is institutional racism then what is the complaint?

Apparently, the complaint is that the truth is racist. This actually captures my view of the protests against conservative speakers on this and other campuses: The protesters can’t handle the truth.

Is Trump Right About NATO?

 http://buchanan.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/Is-Trump-Right-About-NATO-2.jpg

I am "not isolationist, but I am 'America First,'" Donald Trump told The New York times last weekend. "I like the expression."

Of NATO, where the U.S. underwrites three-fourths of the cost of defending Europe, Trump calls this arrangement "unfair, economically, to us," and adds, "We will not be ripped off anymore."

Beltway media may be transfixed with Twitter wars over wives and alleged infidelities. But the ideas Trump aired should ignite a national debate over U.S. overseas commitments -- especially NATO.

For the Donald's ideas are not lacking for authoritative support.

The first NATO supreme commander, Gen. Eisenhower, said in February 1951 of the alliance: "If in 10 years, all American troops stationed in Europe for national defense purposes have not been returned to the United States, then this whole project will have failed."

Flowers are seen as a woman stands in front of the Supreme Court building in Washington D.C. after the death of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, February 14, 2016. REUTERS/Carlos Barria

If there is one thing that is bipartisan in Washington, it is brazen hypocrisy.

Currently there is much indignation being expressed by Democrats because the Republican-controlled Senate refuses to hold confirmation hearings on President Obama's nominee to the Supreme Court, to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia.

The Democrats complain, and the media echo their complaint, that it is the Senate's duty to provide "advice and consent" on the President's appointment of various federal officials. Therefore, according to this claim, the Senate is neglecting its Constitutional duty by refusing even to hold hearings to determine whether the nominee is qualified, and then vote accordingly.

First of all, the "advice and consent" provision of the Constitution is a restriction on the President's power, not an imposition of a duty on the Senate. It says nothing about the Senate's having a duty to hold hearings, or vote, on any Presidential nominee, whether for the Supreme Court or for any other federal institution. The power to consent is the power to refuse to consent, and for many years no hearings were held, whether the Senate consented or did not consent.

Vetoing Religious Liberty

Via Billy

On Monday, religious liberty took another hit when Georgia Republican Governor Nathan Deal vetoed a bill passed by the state legislature earlier this month. We have long warned that the path to same-sex marriage was a slippery slope because the Rainbow Mafia won’t stop their bullying until they get total acceptance of their way. And it’s made worse when proper protections can’t be put in place.

Deal apparently caved to the pressure of big business and chose to side with economic interests over Liberty and common sense. For a governor who has a reasonably conservative track record, this compromise on the principles of Liberty comes as a double blow. But it also demonstrates how the homosexual lobby along with big businesses that support that agenda won’t even tolerate the mildest form of protection for those who cherish religious freedom.

As the Heritage Foundation’s Ryan Anderson notes, “The Georgia religious freedom bill that Deal vetoed would have safeguarded clergy from having to officiate same-sex weddings, prevented faith-based organizations from being forced to hire someone who publicly undermines their mission, and prohibited the state government from discriminating against churches and their affiliated ministries because they believe marriage is between a man and a woman.”

Clinton Operative Files Bogus Criminal Charges Against Corey Lewandowski

Today Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski was charged with battery for touching Michelle Fields arm during a media scrum. At the time Fields was moving towards Trump, who was surrounded by Secret Service agents and trying to leave.

Desperate to sell books, Fields wrote an article claiming she was tossed around.
Trump acknowledged the question, but before he could answer I was jolted backwards.
Someone had grabbed me tightly by the arm and yanked me down. I almost fell to the ground, but was able to maintain my balance. Nonetheless, I was shaken.
The video shows there was never an assault, leaving one to wonder why  Lewandowski was charged.

We now have an answer.

Unless you have been hiding under a rock for the last couple of days, you are aware that the National Enquirer published a story alleging that Republican Presidential candidate Ted Cruz has at least five mistresses. #CruzSexScandal and some other more clever hashtags have been trending like mad on Twitter since then, despite efforts by Twitter to suppress it.  (It falling off the trending list, it not autofilling, etc.)

Watching the reaction of Cruz supporters brought someone to mind. Do Cruz supporters not remember Lanny Davis? For those not old enough to remember poor Lanny, he was the primary Clinton spokesman during the time of the Monica Lewinski scandal. Lanny appeared repeatedly on news programs denying and denouncing the allegation against President Clinton. “The allegations are outrageous. Blah, blah… There is no blue stained dress. Blah, blah… It’s all a vast right-wing conspiracy to smear the President. Blah, blah…” The only problem was that there was a blue stained dress. May I suggest that caution is in order? You don’t want to be like Lanny.

17 Men Reportedly Heard Chanting, Firing Off Shots In Apple Valley Detained, Released

Via Jeffery

8:28 PM EDT Sunday, 27 March -- A heavily armed group of men with Middle Eastern appearance was arrested two hours ago outside Los Angeles after opening fire upon Hikers and Campers in a large State Park in the area.

Photos taken by one of the victims of the attack have been supplied to SuperStation95 as have screen shots of MMS messages sent/received during the incident.  They appear below.

No word yet from authorities about the identities or affiliation of the men arrested.  The Adelanto, CA Police Department effectuated the arrests.

According to the victim/witness, there were two groups of men, about 15 per group, armed with heavy weapons, who began shouting "Allah u Akbar" and started firing. The firing allegedly lasted upwards of TWO HOURS before police were able to find callers in the vast California parkland.

When police were responding, one group of 15 or so men took-off into the hills, while the other group was captured by police.

Impressive: Bow and Arrow

Via Ol' Remus

I remember seeing something similar this man did before.

Published on Mar 23, 2016

I made this bow and arrow using only primitive tools and materials. The bow is 1.25 m (55 inches) long and shoots 60 cm (2 feet) long arrows. I don't know the draw weight - safe to say greater than 15 kg (35 pounds) perhaps? The stave was made from a tree that was cut with a stone axe and split in half with a stone chisel. I don't know it's name but it's common here and is the same wood I use for axe handles (probably Northern Olive (Chionanthus ramiflora). One half was used for the bow and was cut to a length of 1.25 m (50 inches). The limbs of the bow were carved with various stone blades so that the limbs tapered in width, and to a lesser extent depth, towards the tips. The middle of the bow was narrowed in width to form a handle about 12.5 cm (5 inches) long.

The string was made from the inner bark of a fibrous tree. It was separated into thin strips and left to dry. Then it was twisted into cordage.

Arrows were made of the same wood as the bow and were 60 cm (2 feet) long. A notch was carved into the back to accept the bow string. They were fletched with bush turkey feathers picked up from the ground (no turkeys were harmed in the making of this video). A feather was split in half and cut into 3 lengths then resin and bark fiber attached the fletching on to the arrows. The tip of the arrow was fire hardened and sharpened to a point. The fletching was trimmed using a hot coal. Each arrow took about an hour to make. A quiver was made of bark to hold the arrows.

I cleared a shooting range with a semi rotten log as a target. At 10 meters the accuracy was better than 50 % for this narrow target and the arrows stuck into the wood enough so that they were difficult to pull out. The bow was durable, shooting about 200-300 times with the string breaking only 3 times. I made a back up string and repaired them by splicing the ends back together.

In conclusion this was an easy bow to make. The short design makes it easy to find a straight piece of wood for the stave. A short string is also easy to make and short arrow shafts are easy to find. Short bows shoot fast and are easy to carry in thick forest. The dimensions of the bow were based on those given in the SAS Survival Handbook by john Lofty Wiseman. but instead of carving it from a stave from the start, I split the stave and then carved it. I think this requires less time, effort and skill. It also gives a flat bow design that's unlikely to break. It does require wood that doesn't twist much when split though.

We Are At War

We are currently in the process of losing our freedoms and effective control over our societies. It is sheer madness to continue Muslim immigration in a situation when militant Muslims are actively waging war against us in our own cities. Western political leaders who promote such policies are guilty of criminal negligence at best. They must be removed from power, and replaced by people who protect the long-term interests of our nations.
*******************************

On the morning of March 22, 2016, Belgium was struck by coordinated nail bombings. Two hit Brussels Airport at the check-in counter, before the security screening. Another suicide bomber hit Maalbeek metro station, located not far from prominent EU buildings. The attacks occurred a few days before the Christian Easter celebrations. The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (IS or ISIS) claimed responsibility for the attacks. At least 35 people were killed, and many seriously injured. The Muslim terrorists have connections to militant Muslims in many parts of Europe and the Middle East.[1] The authorities faced difficulties in apprehending some of the terrorists partly because they enjoy widespread sympathy and support in certain Muslim communities.

Brussels is not merely the capital of Belgium. It is also the capital of the European Union (EU), and houses the headquarters of the Western defense alliance NATO. It is therefore a symbolic target. The city contains a large Muslim immigrant population. In notorious urban districts such as Molenbeek, radical Muslims have ties to international Jihadist networks. Belgium has produced more Jihadists as a proportion of its population than any other Western European country. On May 24, 2014, a gunman killed four people at the Jewish Museum of Belgium in Brussels.

Following the Brussels bombings, the US State Department warned US citizens of the “potential risks” of traveling to Europe. A statement said terror groups were planning “attacks throughout Europe, targeting sporting events, tourist sites, restaurants and transportation.”[2]

Europe is now becoming more like Israel, facing constant Islamic terror threats in daily life.

Prayer request please!

Hi dear brothers and sisters in Christ!

I am praying for you all and would truly appreciate your prayers as next steps in pursuing religious life.  I visited the Order of the Two Hearts in Hopedale, OH and spoke with Sr. Teresa over the phone this morning.  She hopes a private association could open here in California and I'm making an appointment to see my spiritual director, Fr. Thomas, first thing tomorrow morning about how I can better serve our Lord.  Please also pray for Robert, the leader for the St. Paul Street Evangelization SF chapter, whom I've had the honor to meet and pray with. Hopefully, I will be out in SF more often passing out rosaries, miraculous medals as well as praying for those who need prayers. In addition, I'm also a member of the Pro Life San Mateo group and have prayed in front of Planned Parenthood clinics for an end to abortion and the sanctity of human life.  Please pray for the leader of the group, Jessica.

If anyone would like to join me with the Pro Life group or Street Evangelization, please let me know and also, I'd like to plan a "Bike for Life" event from Our Lady of Peace in Santa Clara to St. Patrick's in SF to bring about more awareness of being Pro-Life.  May God be praised!

Peace in Christ and Happy Easter everyone!

Who Is Ted Cruz?

ENOUGH, for one week at least, about the strange victories of Donald Trump. Let’s talk about the mysteries of his last real competitor, Ted Cruz.

On the surface, Cruz is a straightforward figure: The ideological zealot, the politician-as-activist, the unbending embodiment of True Conservatism. He’s the scourge of Obamacare, the bane of the G.O.P. establishment, the evangelical moralist with a flat-tax plan and a Reagan quote for every occasion. If Trump has dynamited Republican orthodoxy and tapped out nasty tweets from the rubble, Cruz has kept pace by promising to rebuild that same orthodoxy stronger than before.
