ISIS Issues Fatwa #64: How To Be A Good Rapist

Who says ISIS terrorists are a bunch of lawless thugs? They are thugs with laws — laws that are, sadly, as disgustingly inhumane as their beheadings.

Take, for example, Fatwa #64: the “do”s and “don’t”s of raping female captives (a fatwa is a legal opinion or learned interpretation issued by a Muslim cleric and has the force of law).

Back in May 2015, U.S. Special Operations Forces were targeting a heavy-hitter in the Syrian ISIS leadership when they found a cache of documents. One of those documents was Fatwa #64. Reuters had the opportunity to review and report on these new rules, which were issued at the end of January 2015.

The Tea Party Traitors Come out of the Woodwork to Support No-Show Rubio

I was one of those fooled by Senator Marco “No-Show” Rubio.

I went to Tea Party meetings, gave him money, supported him locally, and encouraged friends, business acquaintances, and family to vote for him. What was our first payback?

That’s right, he joined up with the Gang of 8 where they in turn attempted to back door an amnesty for anyone who is in our country or wanted to show up and thus destroy our sovereignty as a nation.

No-Show Rubio did not apologize and in fact when he campaigned for the bill in Florida, he did not do so in English; he only appeared on Spanish language radio stations in the state and has never repeated what he said on the air there in English. Those interviews will come back to destroy his Presidential run if he survives past the Florida primary in March.

But did Marco No-Show Rubio stop there?

Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf… New Year’s Migrant Sex Assault In Every Major German City

Via sauced07

http://www.barenakedislam.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/merkel-hijab.jpg

German capital city Berlin has joined the sad parade of cities touched by migrant sex violence on New Year’s Eve, with hundreds of assaults now reported to police in Cologne and other cities.

Although on a smaller scale to the unrestrained and un-policed sex attacks in Cologne, the Berliner Morgenpost has now reported on assaults taking place on the street “in front of the Brandenburg gate”.

The revelation may prove difficult for the German media, which until now has stressed in most reports on the new year’s rapes that Berlin was not caught up in the scandal.

The paper reports four separate incidents around the cite, including a tourist being sexually assaulted by a group of “three to five men”, and two women being “sexually harassed” by men from Pakistan and Iraq.

CONFUSED HILLARY Can’t Explain The Difference Between Democrats and Socialists

Maybe there’s a reason for this? Maybe it’s because technically there is no difference between Democrats and Socialists anymore?

Sharia Law in Germany: Christian activist Heidi Mund charged with “agitation against the people”

Via David

Heidi Mund, a Christian activist, has been accused of agitation of the people towards violence. She did no such thing. Heidi Mund spoke out against Muslim prayer in a Christian churchIf this woman is imprisoned, it marks a turning point for Germany.

What she says here is true. Criminalization of truth.

This marks a true turning point if this woman is arrested. During the Nazi regime there were three stages that took place:

1) it became dangerous to speak out the truth

2) people started losing their jobs, faced fines and prison for their views

3) people with opposing views were killed…I think we are beginning to see stage 2 in Germany and to a slightly lesser degree here in the US.

Muslim who drove car at French troops while screaming “Allahu akbar” had jihad propaganda on computer, prosecutor says no proof of terror links

“These are downloadable images that are a few weeks old. Not the worst type of images, but rather bellicose slogans,” said prosecutor Alex Perrin. “It shows he had an appreciation of that but it does not prove he had links with terrorist organizations.”

This is a distinction without a difference. He had jihad propaganda but they didn’t find his ISIS membership card — so what? He was motivated by the ideology that Western authorities are in denial about, and hopelessly clueless as to its contents. “He reportedly shouted ‘Allah is great’, which suggests some sort of religious element.” No kidding! What kind of “religious element,” and what is its signifiance? Perrin doesn’t know, and doesn’t want to know: he epitomizes the willful ignorance of our leaders regarding the nature and magnitude of the threat we face.

There Are No Three Percenters -- Or Oath Keepers

Via avordvet

 http://www.politicalresearch.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/three-percent-meme-600x276.jpg

It's distressing to read all the bloviating by folks claiming to be "Oath Keepers" or "Three Percenters" on the situation out in Oregon, with the general gist being "well, yeah, maybe there's a problem there, but it's not the time for armed insurrection."

Incidentally, I happen to agree that it isn't the time for armed insurrection.

The ugly reality is that when it is time it is also probably too late to utilize such a tool, and history shows this pretty-conclusively, making any such statement by anyone intellectually dishonest at best.

As I have pointed out myriad times over the last 8 years history provides an unkind analysis of those who start civil (or uncivil, if you prefer, as most of them are quite uncivil!) conflicts.  Not only do most of them fail (e.g. our Civil War) in their claimed objectives a majority of the time you are far worse off after the conflict than before.

I don't know about you but from my point of view if I'm going to die for something I'd prefer to have a materially better than even-odds shot at those who are still here having a better world rather than a worse one.

The real problem with these groups is that I can't square what they say with what they do -- or more to the point, don't do.

Let's start with the most-simple: The claim that The Constitution is worthy of defense.  I happen to agree.

So let's look at the Oath Keepers in particular:

Robert E. Lee Gallant Soldier, Noble Patriot, True Christian

pillas

My General Lee Picture

Mike Scruggs

January 19 will mark the 209th anniversary of the birth of Robert E. Lee in 1807, one of the most respected and revered military  leaders in American history. That respect and reverence extends over most of the world, wherever military leadership is studied. Lee’s birthday is an official state holiday in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Florida. It was also an official Georgia holiday until this year, when it will become an optional holiday. Other Southern states honor Lee during Confederate Memorial Day (NC, SC, KY, and LA), Lee-Jackson Day (VA), and Decorations Day (TN) during the year. Several states combine the celebration of Lee’s birthday with the birthday of civil rights leader Martin Luther King in January.

There is no question, however, that the celebration of Lee’s birthday has suffered because of changing political agendas, although these political agendas are based on questionable political expediency, false historical narratives, and increasing ignorance of history.

Lee did not favor slavery before, during, or after the “Civil War” that took the lives of over 700,000 military personnel and civilians from 1861 to 1865. He believed the institution of slavery was a corrupting scourge to both slaves and slave owners. He freed the slaves he inherited from the estate of his wife’s father, George Washington Custis, probated in 1858, but not before making sure the legacies of the will could be accomplished, and the emancipated families had sufficient circumstances, training, and experience to earn a living on their own in late December 1862.  But facts and sound reason do not count for much in today’s hysterical legislative environment. Political correctness has created a coercive and unjust civil rights environment comparable to the Reconstruction era of 1865 to 1877 and the Salem Witch Trials of 1692.

The pointless horror of the shooting deaths of nine African-American men and women by a 21-year-old white “man” was tragic enough in itself, but politicians have managed to magnify the tragedy into an excuse for the cultural genocide of anything Southern. Thus we have a hate and vengeance driven political agenda amplified by political cowardice that is sweeping not only the South but the whole country. Only the stupidest politicians can believe that the result will be racial understanding and healing. Besides cultural destruction and increased tension, it will only result in more bad government.

America’s crisis does not demand more vote-buying schemes and ignorant demagoguery. It does not demand sacrificing our freedom, our culture, and true history to coercive government, anti-Christian multiculturalism, and cowardly political correctness. What we need are leaders with courage, character, common sense, and wisdom. That is why we need to remember Robert E. Lee and many others like him as examples to ourselves and our posterity.

Following Lee’s death at his home in Lexington, Virginia, on October 12, 1870, former Confederate President Jefferson Davis gave a eulogy of Robert E. Lee at a Memorial meeting in Richmond on November 3. This was probably the largest gathering of Confederate generals and officers since the end of the war. In the course of his speech, he gave this praise of Lee:

“This good citizen, this gallant soldier, this great general, this true patriot, had yet a higher praise than this or these; he was a true Christian.”

John Brown Gordon, The Attack On Fort Stedman  Confederate Lieutenant General and later Governor of Georgia and U.S. Senator had this to say about Lee:

“Intellectually, he was cast in a giant mold. Naturally he was possessed of strong passions. He loved the excitement of war. He loved grandeur. But all these appetites and powers were brought under the control of his judgment and made subservient to his Christian faith. This made him habitually unselfish and ever willing to sacrifice on the altar of duty and in the service of his fellows…He is an epistle, written of God and designed by God to teach the people of this country that earthly success is not the criterion of merit, not the measure of true greatness.”

We would do well to remember his elevated sense of duty and honor. Writing to one of his sons, he advised:

“Duty…is the sublimest word in our language. Do your duty in all things….You cannot do more—you should never wish to do less.”

When told that his chaplains were praying for him daily, he responded:

“I can only say that I am nothing but a poor sinner, trusting in Christ alone for salvation.”

Responding to public praise, Lee said;

“I tremble for my country when I hear of confidence expressed in me.  I know too well my weakness, that our only hope is in God.”

What modern American military leader would give this charge to their troops?

In General Order Number 83, April 13, 1863, he wrote:

“Soldiers!  We have sinned against Almighty God. We have forgotten His signal mercies, and have cultivated a revengeful, haughty, and boastful spirit.  We have not remembered that the defenders of a just cause should be pure in His eyes; that our times are in His hands; and we have relied too much on our own arms for the achievement of our independence. God is our only refuge and strength. Let us humble ourselves before Him…”

To a friend who condemned the North at the end of the war, Lee said,

“I have fought against the people of the North because I believed they were seeking to wrest from the South dearest rights. But I have never cherished toward them bitter or vindictive feelings, and I have never seen the day when I did not pray for them.”

Our generations would do well to heed the passionate exhortation of Rev. Robert L. Dabney, an eminent theologian and scholar who had been Stonewall Jackson’s Chief of Staff. In his commencement address to the students of Hamden Sidney College in Virginia on June 15, 1882, he made these remarks.

“It behooves the New South, in dismissing the animosities of the past, to see to it that they retain all that was true in its principles or ennobling in its example.  There are those pretending to belong to this company who exclaim: ‘Let us bury the dead past.  Its issues are all antiquated, and of no more practical significance.  Let us forget the passions of the past.  We are in a new world.  Its new questions alone concern us.’  I rejoin:  Be sure that the former issues are dead before you really bury them!  There are issues that cannot die without the death of the people, of their honor, their civilization and their greatness. Take care that you do not bury too much, while burying the dead past:  that you do not bury the inspiring memories of great patriots, whose actions, whether successful or not, are the eternal glory of your race and section; the influence of their virtues; the guiding precedents of their histories.  Will you bury the names and memories of a Jackson and Lee, and their noble army of martyrs?  Will you bury true history whose years are those of the God of Truth?”

Lee himself might have counseled us by the words of 2 Timothy 2:3, quoted by Jefferson Davis at Lee's funeral:,

“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.”

Finally, our own honor demands that we respect and revere the memory of our fallen heroes, including those who served beneath the Southern Cross. These words from South Carolina Confederate veteran, journalist and poet Henry Timrod (1829-1867) in his Ode at Magnolia Cemetery should move our hearts to resolve:

“Stoop, angels, thither from the skies!  There is no holier ground
Than where defeated valor lies, by mourning beauty crowned.”

Obama creates 3 new gun "loopholes" with his Executive Orders

Via Jonathan

In an attempt to close the "gun show loophole", President Obama has created a number of additional loopholes in the way those who who must perform background checks are specified. Now even people who sell as few as 1or 2 guns must perform background checks IF they are in the "business" of selling guns. When asked how to identify such individuals, ATF suggested a) gun recently purchased to resell, b) sold in original packaging, c) credit cards processed. So new loopholes created:

1) sell only used untraceable/stolen guns,
2) in a plain brown bag,
3) for cash or barter.

Wait a minute... Isn't this how most criminals buy guns now? True to form, Obama accomplishes nothing, AGAIN!

Roy Moore says probate judges have duty to enforce same-sex marriage ban

Via Billy

http://conservativepost.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Schermata-2015-06-30-alle-13.48.42-1024x524.png

Chief Justice Roy Moore issued an order today saying that a ruling issued last March by the Alabama Supreme Court remains in effect and that probate judges "have a ministerial duty not to issue any marriage license contrary" to Alabama's law and constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage.

In a four-page administrative order, Moore said the conflict between the state court ruling and the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in June has caused "confusion and uncertainty" among probate judges.

Moore said he issued the order today in his role as administrative head of the state court system. He quoted a state law that says the chief justice is empowered to "take affirmative and appropriate action to correct or alleviate any condition or situation adversely affecting the administration of justice within the state."

My comment yesterday on FNC RANCHER EXPOSES OBAMA'S FEDERAL PLAN TO DESTROY AM..."After listening to their press conference, I have much respect for the protesters as they are articulate and have obviously given much thought to their actions. The people on our side who are slandering/libeling them are doing a great disservice.

***********************

I have been observing events with the Hammond case and the occupation of the wildlife complex in Malheur. I wasn’t going to comment, but due to what I have seen on the internet from persons/organizations that are considered authoritative online commentators, and the general wailing and gnashing of teeth, I am drawn to comment. What I am going to say goes against the grain of what appears to the established GroupThink that has grown up as a response to this situation. I am going to make a number of points that originate from my thoughts on this matter. I don’t necessarily have a strong opinion about the events at Malheur, I don’t know any of the people there, and I have no inside knowledge. I am simply an observer.

– I see a huge amount of negative commentary from the online Patriot community, from a number of influential sources. I see a lot of armchair quarterbacking. Apparently the protesters at Malheur are not the ‘chosen ones.’

– There is a lot of negativity coming from what appear to be militia groups in the area. We have already covered a lot about these groups and their made up rank structures – why are they suddenly the authority? Some of the statements made are laughable, for example citing the need for the Governor to activate them to actually do anything. Does the Governor actually recognize these militias? What is this fantasy? What gives them the authority to say the Malheur protesters have no business protesting?

– This smug groupthink from the Patriot community seems to be led by fear of the left’s reaction. Apparently this is not the time to protest tyrannical actions by Leviathan, because the left might be upset? Really? When is the left ever not going to be upset by the actions of the forces of freedom? In fact, I would go so far as to say that the Patriot community seems to be mentally bound up in the paradigm that the left has created, and is unable to think outside of the box created for it.

The Immortals

IMMORTALS-Cover-Front

In 1861, as a deadly conflict looms between North and South, Charleston sits like a queen upon the waters—beautiful, proud and prosperous—and no native son loves her more than George Taylor. A successful Broad Street lawyer, Taylor has won the heart of an enchanting young woman and looks forward to a brilliant future in his city by the sea, but the turmoil of war sweeps him away from all he holds dear to defend his country.  Sustained by the love of his fiancée Marguerite, he fights and survives many fierce battles, but when finally taken prisoner, he is fated to endure one of the most extraordinary ordeals ever inflicted on Confederate captives, becoming part of a group of prisoners subjected to unimaginable hardships and suffering, first in a stockade prison on Morris Island in Charleston harbor, and then at Fort Pulaski in Georgia.

On the home front, George Taylor’s family faces unexpected dangers when South Carolina is invaded by the destructive army of General Sherman in 1865. Trapped in Columbia, they experience a night of horrors as the state’s capital city is sacked and destroyed by fire. At war’s end, Taylor returns home to find his beloved Charleston in ruins, and his future with Marguerite in jeopardy.

Based on true events, The Immortals is a saga of survival and courage that lays bare some of the darkest, most tragic episodes of America’s bloodiest war.

CHAPTER ELEVEN

Rebels of the Golden State

 gillis

On July fourth 1861, Major J.P. Gillis made a public display of his support of colonial secession from the British Empire as well as Southern secession from the United States by parading in the streets with a Confederate flag of his own design. He drew cheers from a large crowd of onlookers, but two men named Curtis Clark and J.W. Biderman assaulted him and “captured” the Confederate flag.  What makes Gillis and his flag noteworthy is the fact that this took place in Sacramento, California.

It might come as a surprise to some Americans that Southern traditions and ideas spread very far west during the latter part of the nineteenth century.  The state of California was no exception.  During the famous Gold Rush, the state received many Southern immigrants who brought with them, not slavery, but a culture of localized government, low tariffs, and individual sovereignty.  Even with this generality in mind, it still may come as a surprise to some readers that California was as much as a hotbed for secessionist activity as other Southern states that never completely made it into the Confederate government, like Maryland or Kentucky.  But there is indeed a unique Confederate experience that existed with residents of The Golden State.
