Mizzou to Close Two Dorms Due to Lack of New Students Following Race Protests

In November angry race protesters at the University of Missouri in Columbia forced the campus president and chancellor to resign.

The University of Missouri will close two dorms in the fall semester.

Admissions to the university are down this year by 1,500 students after the Black Lives Matter race protests last year.

  2. Actions do have consequences. One can only hope that this will continue to haunt them. If I was a potential employer, I would have strong second thoughts about hiring any one especially any black who graduated from Mizzou. On second thought, why risk having some one who came from there on your pay role. There are plenty of other graduates out there. Karma meet Bitch.

    When you play with matches, you generally wind up setting something on fire. In this case, their budgets.

    If they want a circus instead of a curriculum, I suggest they get themselves some tigers and elephants and get rid of all the 4-year clowns they already have. They'd do a better job at keeping folks coming in.

  4. You can take them out of the Jungle but regardless of how hard you try, affirmative action, student loans, Pell grants, quotas and other great ideas, you just can't take the Jungle out of them.
