Convicted rapist gets 7 life sentences, plus 270 years in prison

Via Joe

Tyler Grogan received his sentence for his 2011 arrest after robbing a couple and holding them hostage, then repeatedly raping the woman for hours while a SWAT team prepared to assault his position.

Judge Alford Dempsey handed down this sentence after Grogan remarked “I don’t have to listen to this (expletive)” in the courtroom.

The judge then told Grogan, “Well, you’re gonna hear it, and I don’t give a rat’s behind if you like it or not.”

Judge Dempsey then sentenced Grogan to seven consecutive life sentences with an additional 270 years in prison — the maximum punishment allowable for his crimes.

Muslim Teenager Speaks at UN – Many at UN Were Probably Very Uncomfortable & ‘Son Of Hamas’ Mosab Hassan Yousef States Islam Is A Religion Of ‘War’ Not ‘Peace’

Via David

A Muslim teenager named Amran Hussain spoke at the United Nations last week and opened up two full barrels of verbal wrath directed at those who refuse to support Israel’s right to exist. The Muslim teenager called out the UN from their own floor and ripped into their hypocrisy on human rights.

He also called for the UN to halt any and all conversations about clamping down on Israel’s rights. I’m guessing there were a lot of very uncomfortable UN members in the room. Having a Muslim teenager put you in your place and expose you for what you are, a human rights fraud, can’t possibly be enjoyable.

 Bravo, Amran. Well done!

‘Son Of Hamas’ Mosab Hassan Yousef Flips The Script On Islam, Stating It Is A Religion Of ‘War’ Not ‘Peace’

During an interview with the Jerusalem Post, Mosab Hassan Yousef the son of Hassan Yousef (a founding member of Hamas) made it very clear that Islam is not a religion of peace as the White House admittedly claims, but instead it is a religion of war.

Yousef, who converted to Christianity was once prepared to follow in the footsteps of his father, however after asking questions he became convinced that the ways of Hamas were very wrong.

NC: Monument Protection Bill

Via Cousin John

You may recall that during our January DEC meeting I announced the formation of a committee for the purpose of introducing a Monument Protection Bill into the NC legislature.

I am pleased to announce that thanks to the countless hours of dedicated effort by the committee with the assistance of numerous division members a bill has been introduced in the North Carolina Senate. If it gets through committee and passes there, it will then go to the House of Representatives.  I assure you this is a significant accomplishment to even have a bill introduced.

Now comes your part: Please contact your State Senator, especially if he is on the Senate State and Local Government Committee (where the bill is right now)  and ask him to support the bill.  Look at the below message from the committee and take ACTION!  As you contact representatives via phone, email or postal mail remember we want to let  them  know that this bill's objective is to protect ALL monuments honoring our veterans and ALL of the rich history of this state.

Also, if you are a member of a veterans organization (such as the VFW, American Legion, DAV, Vietnam Veterans, etc), especially if you know some of your organization leaders, you should contact them, show them a copy of the bill, and ask them to get behind this legislation. Please make sure that anyone you contact understands that this bill is for all monuments and all our history. Recent examples of some folks attempting to erase our history and artifacts continue to multiply. This bill, which amends current legislation, would protect ALL our monuments, memorials, plaques, and markers.

This is a bit of a stretch, but I guarantee you that after idiots are finished attacking Confederate monuments and WW II survivors are deceased, the WW II monuments will be next to be attacked as your fathers and grandfathers will be portrayed as villains of the day instead of heroes.

We need you to make the contacts ASAP, at least by mid-April, to insure our voice is heard.

When writing an email, you don't have to say a lot, but should mention the Senate bill number (S477) and that you support it.  Experience tells me this is more about numbers than extensive writing.

My sincere thanks to the committee members for their tireless work to bring this bill to the legislature.  Every effort must be made to secure and preserve our Confederate ancestor's heritage.

Regards, Danny Bolick Division Commander NC Division

NC: Tarboro/Edgecombe Confederate Veterans Reunion 1889

The wearers of the gray were out in very full numbers today. There were not as many as people expected. This is due to the fact that the soldiers are not here. It is probable that not more than 700 men enlisted from this county, if so many. Whatever this number was, hundreds have passed over the "great divide." The Southerner thinks that only 400 or 500 of the heroes of '65 are with us now.

As the eastern horizon blushed at the approach of the god of day, George Williams run up the Stars and Stripes over the Edgecombe Guards Armory. Then he hung out of every window other banners. One was tattered and torn with age and service. It was a flag presented to the Mexican volunteers by the ladies of Tarboro forty years ago. Miss Sarah Howard made the presentation speech.

It is of blue; in the centre is an eagle in guilt; on a scroll above and below are "Presented by the ladies." "Go our hearts are with you." The reverse side is the same with this change in the motto: "Edgecombe Volunteers." "Go, our hearts are with you.”

Russian analyst urges nuclear attack on Yellowstone National Park and San Andreas fault line

Conspiracy theory: The president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems based in Moscow, Konstantin Sivkov.

A Russian geopolitical analyst says the best way to attack the United States is to detonate nuclear weapons to trigger a supervolcano at Yellowstone National Park or along the San Andreas fault line on California's coast.

The president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems based in Moscow, Konstantin Sivkov said in an article for a Russian trade newspaper on Wednesday, VPK News, that Russia needed to increase its military weapons and strategies against the "West" which was "moving to the borders or Russia".

He has a conspiracy theory that NATO - a political and military alliance which counts the US, UK, Canada and many countries in western Europe as members - was amassing strength against Russia and the only way to combat that problem was to attack America's vulnerabilities to ensure a "complete destruction of the enemy".

Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival and local NAACP reach agreement on poster

Kalle Siekkinen's controversial design for the 2015 Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival poster

The $NAACP$ flipped out as usual.

After meeting with local NAACP officials Wednesday (March 25), the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival announced it would not sell or display its controversial poster at the event April 10-12. The Festival also issued an apology for the poster's artwork, although it remains the official Festival poster.

Wednesday's meeting came after social media erupted with a debate about whether the poster, which depicts two black children and was painted by New Orleans artist Kalle Siekkinen, is insensitive or racist.

"We'll apologize for offending anyone, as that was never our intent," Strawberry Festival Chairman Donald Lanier said. "We also won't sell it that weekend or display it, but we're not recalling the poster by any means."

FBI Uncovers Another Of Its Own Plots, Senator Feinstein Responds By Saying We Should Censor The Internet

Via Jeffery

Image result for witch Senator Feinstein Censor The Internet

As you may have heard, yesterday the FBI "uncovered" yet another of its own terrorist plots, the latest in a very long line of "terrorist plots" the FBI has "uncovered" -- in which the details always show that it was an undercover FBI "informant" (often doing this to get off leniently for some other issue), who more or less goads hapless, naive people, into a "plot" that had no real chance of ever happening. This appears to be the same sort of thing.

Still, politicians never leave an opportunity like this unexploited, and so in jumps Senator Dianne Feinstein, arguing that the only proper way to deal with this is to, of course... censor the internet:
I am particularly struck that the alleged bombers made use of online bombmaking guides like the Anarchist Cookbook and Inspire Magazine. These documents are not, in my view, protected by the First Amendment and should be removed from the Internet.
For what it's worth, Dianne Feinstein's "view" is wrong. The Anarchist Cookbook is very much protected by the First Amendment. While the book is banned in other countries, who don't have the equivalent of the First Amendment, it's perfectly legal in the US. The FBI/DOJ has extensively investigated the Anarchist's Cookbook in particular over the years, and as far back as 1997 directly told Senator Feinstein that she could not ban it. This is from the DOJ back in 1997:

Massive brawl break out at Resorts World Casino in Queens as hundreds look on in horror

Via Jeffery

All bets were off after a chair-hurling brawl broke out Friday night at the grand opening of a Fat Tuesday New Orleans-style daiquiri bar inside the Resorts World Casino in Queens, officials said.

About two dozen people were involved in the 10 p.m. brawl at the Ozone Park casino next to Aqueduct Racetrack, cops said.

There were approximately 300 people waiting in long drink lines when the fighting erupted, cops said.

"It looks like 15-20 people were actually fighting amongst 300-400 patrons who were terrified and trying to get out of the way. It looked way worse than it was," a police source told the Daily News.

Another open-minded and inclusive college professor is going around making blanket statements about huge groups of people and the religion they practice. This time it’s a Rutgers University professor by the name of Brittney Cooper who has everything figured out. She wrote about the recently passed Indiana Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) in an article for where she said this:

Are They Arming for Riots Across America? Homeland Stockpiling “Less Lethal Specialty Munitions”

Via Michael via NC Renegade

One of the biggest stories for years in the alternative media was the mysterious and foreboding purchase by Homeland Security of more than 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition.

Thanks to coverage on prominent sites like DrudgeReport, the story reached into mainstream media, prompting official spin and downplaying of the purchase.

Now, a new Homeland Security purchase order listed on FedBizOpps  also raises an eyebrow or two, given the heated and divided political and social climate at hand. Just look at what happened in Ferguson…

A request for “less lethal specialty munitions” for use by Homeland Security dated March 23, 2015 reads:

Meanwhile in insane America........Dated

I’m nearly 100% certain that God has created feminist conventions just to keep me entertained and laughing. That’s why the National Young Feminist Leader Convention was so amazing. Twice. And why the National Union of Students Feminist Conference is giving me so much glee when they banned hand clapping because it was “triggering” some sensitive feminists. But we’re not done just yet.

Behold the amazingness of NUS Women’s Motion #512: Stop acting like Black Women, Gay Men!
Yes, it’s not a joke, or at least, it’s not a joke on purpose. Here’s the full text:

‘Disturbing’ Report Suggests Gov’t Agency Released Private Personnel Information on GOP Lawmaker

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson has apologized to Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) after the GOP lawmaker’s personal information was leaked, possibly by Secret Service employees.

Lawmakers have also asked DHS to fully investigate who disclosed the private personnel information showing that Chaffetz was formerly turned down for a job as a Secret Service agent in 2003. He told the Daily Beast he was likely turned down because was too old, then in his mid-30s, but he harbors no ill-will toward the agency due to his rejection.

A rising insurrection against Obama

Via Charlie - WaPo is worried

Wisconsin newspaper editor Marcus M. Pomeroy wrote as the election of 1864 approached: “The man who votes for Lincoln now is a traitor and murderer. . . . And if he is elected to misgovern for another four years, we trust some bold hand will pierce his heart with dagger point for the public good.” (JWB tried to kidnap him, but failed unfortunately.)

It’s a scary thought, but here it is: If some red states were to openly defy the authority of President Obama in the exercise of his constitutional duties, would today’s Republican Congress side with him? Or would they honor the insurrection? (Since he has openly defied the authority of  Congress in the exercise of their constitutional duties, I consider turnabout fair play, of course that isn't logical to a liberal.)

Bill lifts gun ban at NC State Fair, allows DAs to carry in courtrooms

Image result for Bill lifts gun ban at NC State Fair, allows DAs to carry in courtrooms

Competing legislation in the General Assembly is aimed at guns at the North Carolina State Fair, one of which would ease restrictions on gun owners who hold concealed carry permits.

Last year, a Wake County judge declined to allow concealed carry permit holder to bring their guns to the State Fair after gun advocacy group Grass Roots North Carolina filed a restraining order saying state law allows permit holders to bring their handguns into paid venues.

The ruling irked many advocates who argued that concealed carry permit holders have a high level of proficiency and improve public safety for all fair goers.

House Bill 562, filed on Thursday, modifies a law signed last year to allow people with concealed carry permits to take guns into the State Fair, however not on rides.

Rep. Justin Burr, who co-sponsored the legislation along with eight other Republicans, said the bill protects the right of "law-abiding citizens."

"We are continuing our effort to make sure that law-abiding citizens in North Carolina that own a gun have the right to defend themselves and their families," Burr said. "I'm not sure why you should be forced to leave your gun in your car, and then walk down a dark road to go back to your car with the potential of being robbed by someone. You should have the ability to protect yourself."
