Last Sunday night Tyrone Harris, a friend of Michael Brown, was shot by police officers in an unmarked van after he exchanged fire with them.
Harris was critically injured during the exchange.
Tyrone Harris underwent surgery for his injuries and was charged with four counts of assault on police officers on Monday.
Harris has several photos on Facebook of himself holding guns.
