One Year Later=> #Ferguson Real Estate Worth 1/3 of Pre-Riot Value

looters ferguson

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

The fruits of the mob…

One year after robber Michael Brown’s shooting death and #BlackLivesMatter riots, the Ferguson housing market is reeling.

The 2014 vandalism and destruction was enormous.

Over 100 businesses were vandalized, looted and/or destroyed during the violence.
Here is an interactive map of the attacks, shootings, lootings, and destruction.

Many of the local businesses were looted not just once, but twice.

  2. I don't get it. Who wouldn't want to buy a lovely home and take over a business in Ferguson where one is surrounded by savages and reprobates? It's not a matter of "if" but rather "when" some police officer will be forced to shoot another one of these vicious miscreants thus setting off another round of "hands up, don't shoot" or some other lie that these feral monsters us as a mantra to loot, burn, steal, shoot, and destroy. I'm surprised they can get a third of the value.

    2. Ferguson need not worry... A bunch of stupid masochistic hipsters will move in for the cheap rent and the diversity.

    3. They still won't learn and blame it on their "White Privilege" say it's "pay-back" then say "just think how worse they have it than us".

      Nah, I'm just cynical.
