Waco II: Police Massacre: All deceased killed by police gunfire.........27 people shot by police

 pew pew pew merica

Report of Waco Police Affidavit/Warrants Inconsistent With Initial Public Claims By Same Police…( & absolutely no one is surprised.........)

All Texans
  • Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, died of gunshot wounds of the head and trunk.
  • Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, died of gunshot wounds to the neck.
  • Richard Vincent Kirshner, Jr., 47, died of gunshot wounds but the report did not specify where he was shot.
  • Richard Matthew Jordan, III, 31, died of gunshot wounds to the head.
  • Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, died of gunshot wounds to the head and trunk.
  • Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, died of gunshot wounds to the head.
  • Matthew Mark Smith, 27, died of gunshot wounds to the trunk
  • Manuel Issac Rodriguez, 40, died of gunshot wounds but the report did not specify where he was shot.
  • And Charles Wayne Russell, 46, died of gunshot wounds to the chest.

Reporting now indicating that all deceased were killed by police gunfire.  Reporting now indicating 27 people shot by police, 8 still in hospital.   Reporting lowers weapons confiscated to less than 50, mostly pocket knives, chains (attached to wallets?), nail clippers, one padlock and firearms (CCP fired or unfired?).

From the outset the police description of events at the Twin Peaks (Waco) Gang Shooting seemed oddly self-serving, super efficient/fast, and unusually specific for a mass casualty event outlined in under 3 hours.  It was *as if* they wanted to get out ahead of something.

One of the original claims, that was still maintained by officials last night, was the origin of the gang violence beginning in a restroom of the bar/grill and spilling outside.

Additionally, the police originally stated that all gang member gunfire was inside the building, and all the deceased were shot inside the restaurant.

However, a report outlining the 500 page construct of the police affidavit and arrest warrant(s) claims that all events happened outside in the parking lot:

  1. It has the markings of an ambush. If the bikers had of been black, there would have not been any shots fired by .gov forces and all the bikers could have satisfied whatever "rage" they might have had by looting and burning the stores adjacent to Twin Peaks.
Seriously, this story stunk from the beginning with the LEOS and MSM attempting to make this tragedy the restaurants fault somehow, all the while hammering the image of the motorcycle clubs. It will be interesting to see what is revealed in the coming weeks.

Precisely, as more and more cops are targeted across the nation.

Something STINKS . . . FIRST reports indicate dead bodies in the parking lot, THEN that all were killed INSIDE the restaurant . . . talk about PEW!?

  3. If an LEO can shoot a family dog, just because he can, then why not shoot a biker, just because he can? Of course, LEOs are like lawyers as in how can you tell when an LEO is lying to you? Answer, his lips are moving. Some thing tells me that had the LEOs NOT gotten involved, those bikers would be alive today.

Absolutely, if they want to kill one another, stay out of it. Similar to the original WACO except they didn't kill women and children, but probably only because there were none present.

  4. The story has changed and it will continue to evolve as the needs of the state dictate.
We will likely never see ALL of the evidence and in fact may never see a lot of it, especially the forensic reports and the results of ballistic testing....which will probably
show that it was indeed LEO, armed with rifles who accounted for most or all of the victims as the bikers may have had some guns on them but they would have been pistols, not rifles. Kind of hard to shoot someone with an AR and claim it was from a stolen 9mm. So we won't be seeing much of the physical evidence and forensic reporting. We will hear only what the state wants us to hear. And thus WACO will
have another 'massacre' of civilians by law enforcement added to it's regional history.

    1. Agreed and it's to the point that it isn't sad to say anymore, but infuriating, so maybe change is coming.
