I sure have.
Every IT-savvy commenter and coblogger was saying that all of these emails are periodically backed up to tapes which are always available.
The IRS kept claiming they weren’t. They claimed they were lost, or missing, or “recycled” every six months.
People not in the IRS kept saying “Bullshit, the point of the tapes is to keep them forever.”
So yes. This new investigator, Mr. Camus, set out to find the tapes which the IRS head swore under oath did not exist and he found them. In two weeks.
This suggests the very real policy that multiple hands at the IRS deliberately lied to Congress in order to end Congress’ search for the tapes, and that they further did not do the minimum due diligence required by law in cooperating with a federal subpoena: As Mr. Camus states, when he went to the storage facility in West Virginia, which is “exactly where you’d expect [the tapes] to be,” the IT people there found them immediately, and furthermore said that no one had ever before asked for the tapes.
Oh, I wouldn’t exactly count on that. After all, these are employees of an out-of-control bureaucracy in an illegitimate government–they lie as a matter of course, without the slightest fear of repercussion or reprisal. Thus:

  1. And still no prosecution, indictments, jail time. There never will be because there is no longer a rule of law. We can't even impeach a traitor merely because it is the right thing to do regardless of what the outcome would be.

No rule of law, no more Judeo-Christian standards and principles of right and wrong.

    We're done as a Republic.

Barring a calamity, I agree. Which leaves secession which would be a long row to hoe.

  2. "What difference does it make?" These rats in Washington government could care less as nothing will become of it. It would be better to see each one of these creeps sitting in prison UNTIL ALL INFORMATION is gathered and concluded.

  3. From a Republic to a Democracy to the present day oligarchy. A Republic is
the only form of government the Constitution recognizes. The essence of freedom
is the proper limitation of government. The worms invading the country are not
Americans and are inflicting more harm.

  4. That piece was dead on! No longer any rule of law, the constitution is completely ignored, and we "Patriot's" are now the object of hated and disdain.... So much so, that we are now the "terrorist" to be demonized and then rounded up for failure to pay the Kings tribute!

      Mind boggling.

  5. If anybody else would be punished for the same crime, why isn't this spectacle.
More and more of these types of people in so-called positions of power just get
a slap on the hand. Do I resent it? Hell yea. From a Republic to a Democracy
to a Oligarchy. How far we've come from our roots. Where's the accountability?

Notice the comparison of Rome to what we have become.

    1. They say it can't happen again, but of course it can, and may well do so.

  6. I am pretty convinced that FedGov is done in the next 10 years or so. The speed at which the idiocy grows ever faster is mind boggling. I'm not the smartest person in the room, but even I can see that they will bring about their own collapse faster than they even notice. The best we can do now is prepare locally. A close friend once said, "have faith, Christ promised that hell would not prevail against his church so you will always be Christian. He never promised you'd always be an American or an Idahoan." In a way that may be true but I have since realized Christ never promised gun powder or good men like Mr Colt and Mr. Browning either. I take that as a pretty good sign.

      Good point.

Absolutely and hope to survive with those who think the same.
