New Jersey Sen. Menendez to face federal corruption charges: report

The Justice Department reportedly will bring criminal corruption charges against Sen. Robert Menendez of New Jersey, charging him with using his Senate office to push the business interests of a donor and friend in exchange for gifts.

People briefed on the case say Attorney General Eric Holder approved prosecutors’ request to proceed with charges, CNN reported Friday. An announcement could come within weeks.

  1. This is political payback. Melendez is against the Cuba plan Obama has and he's against the Iran deal in the works.

  2. Exactly. Don't criticize the emperor in public. Only way you can rationalize why they're taking a dem down.

  5. Loyalty to Obama is more important than party. Classic outlook of a tyrant.

  6. So why oh why dont the rinos try and turn this dweeb against ozero?? Hummmm?
Could it be that the rinos are happy to sit on the sidelines and chortle and Menendez swirls the drain? That...and the fact that the rinos WANT everything that ozero is doing and proposing.

We can join the tea party---but we ain't voting our way out of this one.

  7. Additionally, I believe this may be a warning to those in the SCOTUS that might be considering ruling against obamacare.

    1. Obamacare has nothing to do with healthcare...its a tax. And like most of our taxes it is just pissed away on good intentions.

  8. Payback is hell. This is what happens when one speaks out against any policy of this tyrannical regime. It's time to remove the traitor by any means necessary. Just make him disappear. Like taking out the trash.
