Charges crumble after cell phone video uncovered

Via Jeffery

One of the worst days of Douglas Dendinger's life began with him handing an envelope to a police officer.

In order to help out his family and earn a quick $50, Dendinger agreed to act as a process server, giving a brutality lawsuit filed by his nephew to Chad Cassard as the former Bogalusa police officer exited the Washington Parish Courthouse.

The handoff went smoothly, but Dendinger said the reaction from Cassard, and a group of officers and attorneys clustered around him, turned his life upside down.

"It was like sticking a stick in a bee's nest." Dendinger, 47, recalled. "They started cursing me. They threw the summons at me. Right at my face, but it fell short. Vulgarities. I just didn't know what to think. I was a little shocked."

Not knowing what to make of the blow-up, a puzzled Dendinger drove home. That's where things went from bad to worse.

  1. I hope that guy doesn't end up a suicide victim (shot in the back of the head six times)! LOL.
Seriously, that is terrible, but another good example of absolute power being absolutely corrupted. Big H/T to The Wolfeman for sending originally.

  2. What we have here is numerous LEO,attorneys and elected officials conspiring to commit multiple felonies. Among the charges would be perjury, assault, kidnappings, oppression under color of authority and multiple civil rights violations. And unless ALL of them are fired, charged and tried in a DIFFERENT JURISDICTION so they can't pack a jury with their friends then justice will not be served. When the law does not apply to EVERYONE it applies to NOBODY. It is no longer the law but merely arbitrary and unjust rules. Citizens are not bound by arbitrary capricious rules implemented to serve the needs of people in power. In fact we as citizens are obligated to resist, with deadly force if necessary. And since a good citizen is not suicidal said citizen waits to dispense that force at time, place and method that allows the citizen to win and the criminal government agent to lose....their life if necessary.

I put up a video today where Gowdy addresses this.
