Senate votes that climate change is real: Mississippi Sen. Roger Wicker, the only honest Senator

The Senate on Wednesday voted that “climate change is real and is not a hoax” as Democrats used the Keystone XL pipeline debate to force votes on the politically charged issue ahead of the 2016 elections.

The “hoax” amendment to the pipeline bill from Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) passed 98-1, with only Mississippi Sen. Roger Wicker, the chairman of the Senate Republican campaign arm, voting “no.”

  1. What a silly waste of time. Global Warming proved to be a hoax so they are trying to sell a new invented-crisis. Of course, the climate changes. It has changed for two-billion years or so. If the climate stops changing we should worry.

  2. I haven't read it but Rush mentioned it stated climate changes exists, period. Not any causes or if man is a contributor of it. On the surface I was blown away seeing 98-1. Couldn't believe it he put it in perspective I suppose.

  3. Yes, they say that if agreeing that climate change is real, means nothing since it changes all the time.
