It looks like the Army will be getting a whole new pistol system sometime in the foreseeable future.
The Army has been considering an upgrade to its aging arsenal of Beretta M9 pistols and it looks like a new version of that pistol will not be the way they go.

  1. Berreta is quite whiney about this rejection. Make a product that works the best and maybe there would be no reason to whine. I have small hands but have no problem with Glock 20/21 grip frames or 1911s but the 92 just dont fit me. And I hate the open barrel design. There are better choices there are tougher more reliable choices. Personally Id opt for a Glock,Smith&Wesson Sig or HK. As far as caliber- in fmj there there are no great choices so bigger is better. 45 230 ball, but Ill leave that debate to the shootists.

    1. Thanks and I have a 21 and a 30. The 30 fits perfectly, but the 21 is good enough for my small hands. Of course, you can use the 13 round mag in the 30 if you like. I use the in mine, but the services can't, I know.
