Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder on NG: Did Obama/Holder lean on you to keep them out?

Gov. Jay Nixon of Missouri ordered more National Guard troops into the embattled city of Ferguson on Tuesday to keep order on the second night after a grand jury decided not to indict a white police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager.

“The violence we saw in areas of Ferguson last night is unacceptable,” the governor said in announcing that the National Guard presence would be upped from 700 troops Monday to 2,200 on Tuesday. “Last night, criminals intent on lawlessness and destruction, terrorized this community,” Nixon said at an afternoon news conference. “I am deeply saddened for the people of Ferguson who woke up to see parts of their community in ruins. No one should have to live like this, no one deserves this. We must do better and we will.”

First Pro-Truth Witness Murdered? Or, Just Trying To Get To Dorian? DeAndre Joshua, 20, found dead yards from scene of Michael Brown’s death..

Via comment by Anonymous on Body found near Michael Brown shooting site

Casualty: DeAndre Joshua, 20. was found 'shot' dead in his car in Ferguson, as the St Louis suburb descended into violence in the wake of the decision not to indict officer Darren Wilson over the killing of Michael Brown

DeAndre Joshua, 20, fits the social profile of an eye-witness who gave a police/FBI statement and testified before the Grand Jury in the Mike Brown shooting case.   He was an employed black male, with no history of drug use or illicit behavior. He was also a friend of Dorian Johnson who is currently under protection.

Dated

So many people in America have made up their minds about the shooting death of Mike Brown in Ferguson, before we know all the facts. Now, we learn of a major bombshell report from an independent source.

Reporter Charles Johnson of Gotnews.com announced recently that Mike Brown probably did have a criminal record, even though his family says otherwise. He was contacted by at least two sources in law enforcement who swear he had sealed juvenile record. So he filed a lawsuit to get to the truth. It appears that not only was he arrested for 2nd degree murder, but he may have been a member of the Crips gang.

In the east of Brazil, two hours away from Sao Paulo, there's a small community that has a direct blood link with people from the southern United States. They call themselves confederados. Families with last names like Thomas, Strong or Williamson are living proof of the American emigration from Brazil that started after the Civil War. They left the devastation in the southern states to start over in Brazil, which was still a slaveholder nation. The Americans brought with them their expertise in farming, especially cotton, and helped start an agricultural revolution in Brazil. Confederado Celebration 2008

Commie Government Releases Massive Regulatory Agenda: New Rules Could Target Special Needs, Push Common Core

As Americans prepare for Thanksgiving, the federal government released its semiannual regulatory agenda. This agenda clearly shows that the federal government is preparing a blizzard of proposed regulations in the New Year—including many which will affect educators.

You can read the full regulatory agenda for the federal government here.

HSLDA is deeply concerned about the U.S. Department of Education’s regulatory agenda, available here. Three agenda items for proposed regulations stand out: public school education of children with special needs, public school teachers, and No Child Left Behind waivers.

Although there is nothing in this agenda to indicate that the proposed regulations would threaten homeschool freedom, they point to a disturbing trend of the federal government attempting to control our nation’s education system. As we have seen with the battle over the Common Core, even though the Common Core only applies to public schools, it is a long-term threat to every student, including homeschool and private school students.

Ferguson burns and violence has been unleashed thanks to the reckless liberal media, the lawless administration (especially Eric Holder) exploiting the shooting to smear police departments across the nation, phony civil rights demagogues, race-baiting politicians, and radical hate groups.

13 Facts About Ferguson the Media Will Never Tell You

Image: 13 Facts About Ferguson the Media Will Never Tell You

1. Surveillance video showed that shortly before the confrontation, 18-year-old Brown stole cigarillos from a convenience store and shoved a clerk who tried to stop him.

2. The autopsy report showed that Brown had marijuana in his system when he died.

3. Officer Wilson, driving to the call of a medical emergency, first encountered Brown walking in the middle of a street and told Brown and his friend to walk on the sidewalk. Brown responded with an expletive.

4. Wilson chose to confront Brown only after he saw the cigarillos in his hand and recalled the radio report of a robbery at the convenience store.

5. Wilson said when he tried to open his car door, Brown slammed it back shut, then punched Wilson in the face.

6. Fearing another punch could knock him out, Wilson drew his gun, he told the grand jury, and Brown grabbed the gun, saying "you are too much of a pussy to shoot me."

7. An African-American witness confirmed that Brown and Wilson appeared to be "arm-wrestling" by the car.

8. Another witness saw Brown leaning through the car's window and said "some sort of confrontation was taking place."

9. After Wilson fired a shot that struck Brown's hand, Brown fled and Wilson gave chase. Brown suddenly stopped. An unidentified witness told the grand jury that 6-foot-4, 292-pound Brown charged at Wilson with his head down. Wilson said Brown put his hand under the waistband of his pants as he continued toward Wilson. That's when Wilson fired.

10. A witness testified that Brown never raised his hands.

11. Gunpowder found on the wound on Brown's hand indicated his hand was close to the gun when it fired. According to a report, the hand wound showed foreign matter "consistent with products that are discharged from the barrel of a firearm."

12. Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist who reviewed the autopsy for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, said the gunpowder "supports the fact that this guy is reaching for the gun, if he has particulate matter in the wound."

13. Wilson said Brown was physically uncontrollable and "for lack of a better word, crazy." He said that during the confrontation, he was thinking: "He's gonna kill me. How do I survive?" Legal experts say police officers typically have wide latitude to use deadly force when they feel their safety is threatened.

A Question Of Public Deportment

Via Jonathan

By now, the entire country knows what’s happened in Ferguson, Missouri in the wake of the “no true bill” decision by the grand jury that sat on Officer Darren Wilson’s fatal shooting of giant thug Michael Brown.

I had a predictable reaction to the rioting and looting:

You can take the savage out of the jungle,
But it’s much, much harder
To take the jungle out of the savage.

I claim that the videos that have surfaced since the disorder began support that evaluation, and no other

Chiefest among the nominally nonviolent obscenities of this affair are the words of His August Majesty, Barack Hussein Obama, first Emperor of the United States:

Body found near Michael Brown shooting site

DELLWOOD, MO - NOVEMBER 25: A sign sits amidst rubble

A body was found near Canfield Green Apartments Tuesday after violence broke out in Ferguson Monday night.

That's the apartment complex where Michael Brown was fatally shot by police officer Darren Wilson. Monday, the grand jury's decision to not indict Wilson sparked protests and riots throughout the greater St. Louis area and nationwide.

The body was found on the 9400 block of Glen Owen in Ferguson, near the intersection of Windwood and Glen Owen around 9 Tuesday morning.

Rapper Azealia Banks made it clear that she’s anything but happy over the grand jury’s decision not to indict Darren Wilson, the police officer who fatally shot 18-year-old Michael Brown.

Banks took to her Twitter account Monday night to proclaim that she hates “when these police violence things happen,” saying in a subsequent message that, though it’s “so f***ed up,” it makes her feel “such a general hatred for all straight white men.”

She went on to admit to thinking “racist” thoughts about white people in the wake of events like what unfolded in Ferguson before cracking a joke about killing a “cracker” in his sleep.

America’s Classical Catalyst

While in Paris Jefferson sent home his design for the Virginia capitol, a building to be “simple and sublime . . . copied from the most precious [mode of ancient] architecture remaining on earth.” He wrote that from “Lyons to Nismes I have been nourished with the remains of Roman grandeur . . . I am immersed in [antiquities from morning to night].”  Understanding that modern man stood on the shoulders of giants, men like Jefferson looked to the foundations of Western Civilization for guidance in their experiment in government.
Bernhard Thuersam, www.Circa1865.com

America’s Classical Catalyst

“We no longer characteristically study the ancient tongues. Greek has disappeared from most public education; Latin has shrunk to a shadow of its importance in the days when the founding fathers read it fluently; and though the vogue of courses in translation and of general education has restored a certain pale of vitality to the Greeks, it has done less for the Romans. For these and other reasons the notion that the classical past has exerted an important influence on the culture of the United States seems to many absurd.

Yet evidence of that influence lies all around us. Many villages, towns and cities have either classical names such as Rome, Troy, Athens, Syracuse, Ithaca, Utica, Alexandria, or Augusta, or names compounded, sometimes uncouthly, out of one or more classical elements, as Thermopolis, Minneapolis, Itasca, or Spotsylvania.

Our streets are sometimes known as Euclid Avenue, Appian Way, Acadia Drive, or Phaeton Road. The names of the States occasionally reveal classicism, as in the cases of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Georgia.

The American college occupies something called a campus, a word that came into American English in this sense in 1774. Fraternities and sororities display Greek letters standing for words known only to the initiate, as if the Eleusinian mysteries were still operative. Certain categories of students in high school and college are sophomores, juniors and seniors; the first of these Latin derivatives dates (in this country) from 1726, the third to 1651, and the middle term from some period in between.

Constitutionally we are not a democracy but a republic; that is, res publica, a phrase referring to the commonweal, which in the sense of a government by elected representatives came into English in the seventeenth century. The congress meets not in a parliament house . . . but a capitol, a word originally designating a citadel or temple on a hilltop, like the Jupiter Optimus Maximus which stood on the Capitoline Hill in Rome.

The great seal of the United States bears an eagle, a bird suggested by the eagle of the legions, the difference being that the American eagle is a bald eagle and not a Roman one. It clasps and olive branch in one talon, a sheaf of arrows in the other, emblems of peace and war . . . having classical connotations. The figure is surrounded by an enigmatic Latin phrase, E pluribus unum.

Our coinage, largely created by Jefferson, is decimal coinage . . . it was early agreed that our hard money would not show the head of any living president, partly because Roman coins had displayed the heads of deified emperors. The goddess [Liberty] persists . . . she is known as Columbia, but she is always a goddess. She is clad in classical garment; and on her head, or near her on a pole or standard she sometimes clasps, is a Phyrgian cap, worn in Rome by liberated slaves.

That the young nation should have accepted a set of classical coordinates to particularize components of its government and its republican culture is less astonishing than its failure would have been. To western man between the fall of Constantinople (1453) and the fall of Napoleon (1815) the classical past was perpetually a catalytic agent, a dynamic force so wonderful and so elusive that generation after generation of thinkers recast Greece and Rome in their own images.

If the humanists did not literally rediscover antiquity, they remolded it, they energized it, they caused it to shine upon the horizon of European culture with a golden splendor. [This study revealed to them] a world at once timeless and flexible, elusive and permanent, a lost Utopia of the west inhabited by noble beings – Aspasia, Pericles, Marcus Aurelius, Horatius Cato, Cornelia, Caesar, Harmodius, Aristogeiton – men and women capable of creating republics and extending empires, writing tragedies and concocting satires, codifying wisdom and anticipating modernity. They were the wisest and most beautiful of mankind.”

Congratulations Liberals! Ferguson Is Your Crowning Achievement

What happened last night in Ferguson, MO, was progressivism’s crowning achievement. Decades of building up a dependent minority underclass, the removal of fathers from the family as well as the destruction of historical family roles, the dumbing down of our education system, and the degradation of religion in our society created this spectacle.

Liberals want anything goes; well, with the events in Ferguson, they finally got what they have been dreaming of. I just have one question for them: Are you happy now?

Ferguson is the window on the final two years of Community Organizer Barack Obama in the White House.

Via comment by Sioux  on My Open Letter To Officer Darren Wilson

After last night, we now get a crystal clear view of what life in America will be like between today and 2016.  It will be meticulously organized staged rage to government manufactured ‘racism’ all the way down to the finish line and beyond.

Life in post-Constitution America will agonizingly unfold that way because the Community Organizer in the Oval Office wants it to agonizingly unfold that way.

That, as they say, is all he wrote.

“I also appeal to the law enforcement officials in #Ferguson and the region to show care and restraint in managing peaceful protests,” Obama tweeted last night.

It is not Ferguson law enforcement officials managing peaceful protests, it is a community organizer and his long-time buddies stirring the boiling-over pot behind the scenes.

Proof of this pudding?

Did Obama take to his omnipresent phone to deliver the same message of showing “care and restraint” to his good buddy race baiter supremo Al Sharpton?

Not on your life!

“The stage”, as Doug Hagmann wrote on Canada Free Press last night, “is being set for something much bigger”.
