A short outline for understanding our country's issues

Why do we see people's constitutional rights being violated even after hiring a BAR attorney?

1.  1811
The 13th Amendment (Article XIII) was ratified by 12 states to keep attorneys (esquires) out of government and caused a war the following year resulting in the amendment being rewritten and neutralized.

2.  1869
The "Reconstruction Acts" replaced each state's (country's) constitution without being ratified.  Where does the US constitution provide the right to attack the sovereign nation of North Carolina?  This changed us from citizens of North Carolina to citizens of United States
(all other states then and since).

3.  1871
"An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia" formed the corporation "THE UNITED STATES" (capitalization is important) which, owned by foreigners, replaced the "The Constitution for the united states of America" with "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".   It created a separate government for Washington, DC making us foreigners from their corporate 'leaders'.

4.  1913
With the creation of the private Federal Reserve Bank and its collection agency the IRS, WWI was funded the following year.  Our entry into the war was unnecessary and Wilson's speech lacked logic, but the US corporation leaders followed their executive.

5.  1917
"Trading with the Enemy Act" was/is used to control us because we were redefined as foreigners in 1871!

6.  1933
After the private Fed intentionally bankrupted the USA, FDR took the U.S. under receivership of the Fed.  Corporate 'public policy' replaced public law.  BAR attorneys follow an oath to first the courts (they are officers of the court), the state (more important than federal law!), public policy, and finally the client which they define as incompetent.

Expert market analyst, Louise Yamada told me that the stock market was massively shorted to exacerbate the crash of 2008 to get the TARP funds.  Since then, the Fed has pumped up the bubble bigger with 20% more derivatives.  What do you think the Fed has planned now?!

Attached is an especially important chapter to understand today's serious issues.  BAR attorneys have an oath to the foreign British Accreditation Regency which continues to undermine many countries.  What can I do to entice you to read just 26 pages?

The remedy for unlawful state
statutes (not law, but 'color of law') is application of the U.S. constitution and US Codes!
No BAR attorney will help you this way.  There are others, however...

ISIS opens consulate in NATO member's capital

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan with President Obama

Amid increasing doubts about Turkey’s loyalty to its NATO allies, the jihadist group ISIS has opened a consulate in the Turkish capital, according to a Middle East expert who monitors jihadist activity in the region.

The consulate in Ankara, apparently open with the tacit permission of the Turkish government, is issuing visas for those who want to join ISIS in its fight against the Syrian and Iraqi governments, the source said.

The ISIS army, declaring the creation of the first Islamic caliphate since the end of the Ottoman Turkish Empire a century ago, has brutally seized large portions of Syria and Iraq.

Part 2–More About Secession the “History” Books Haven’t Told Us

It has been accurately asserted by author Gene H. Kizer Jr. that: “The arguments for the right of secession are unequivocal. There is the constitutional right based on the Compact Theory, and the revolutionary right based on the idea that a free people have a right to change their government anytime they see fit. The Compact Theory views the Constitution as a legal agreement between the states–a compact–and if any one state violates the compact, then the entire agreement becomes null and void. Northern states unquestionably violated the Constitution on a number of grounds including Personal Liberty Laws on their books, as well as by deliberately harboring fugitives from justice by protecting the sons of John Brown who were wanted by Virginia for murder at Harpers Ferry.

Northern states also made a mockery of the Constitution’s Preamble which states clearly that the Constitution was established to ‘insure domestic tranquility’ and ‘promote the general Welfare.’

Certain prominent Northern leaders with the acquiescence of states like Massachusetts were utterly at war with the South and doing everything they could to destroy the domestic tranquility of the Southern states by encouraging slaves to murder white people, poison wells, destroy property and commit other acts of rapine. John Brown himself had been encouraged and financed by the North.”

Robert Sussman, Jared Taylor, and Me A Reckless Disregard of Truth

Amen.

Enough is enough.

At Salon.com I encounter an article lengthily titled, America’s virulent racists: The sick ideas and perverted “science” of the American Renaissance, and published in book for by Harvard University Press. The burden of the piece is that American Renaissance and its honcho, Jared Taylor, are “Hitlerian,” “anti-Semitic," and hold “extremist views.” These are grave accusations, implying among other things a desire to kill all Jews, Gypsies, Slavs, and so on. I found this interesting.
Several years ago I received an email from Jared Taylor, who apparently read my column, Fredoneverything.net, asking me to address AmRen’s annual conference to talk about Mexico and Latin America. I knew little of AmRen at the time except that it was said to be venomously racist.
I accepted. I thought it would be interesting to see such a group, and reasoned that telling them the truth as I knew it of Latins could hardly be pernicious no matter who they were.

On arriving at the conference site, a hotel near Washington, D.C.’s Dulles Airport, from my home in Guadalajara, I looked for Jared, wondering what he would be like. I knew a little.  I had learned that he grew up in Japan, had attended Japanese schools, and thus spoke perfect Japanese. He had also picked up an advanced degree in a French university, and spoke good French. Whatever he was, he wasn’t stupid.

He proved to be a courtly man, slim, and  in perhaps his late fifties.

Viewers Quickly Notice Something That ‘Makes No Sense’ in Raw Video of Officials Loading Dallas Ebola Patient Onto Plane

Update: Airline offers explanation — says unprotected man was a “protocol supervisor.”

Images emerged Wednesday of officials loading the second Dallas nurse diagnosed with Ebola onto a plane headed for Atlanta to receive treatment at Emory Hospital — and Americans quickly noticed something very strange about the scene.

Among several workers wearing hazmat suits on the runway of Dallas Love Field was a man wearing plain clothes and no apparent protective gear.

NBC DFW explained what occurred on the runway:

Obama: 'I Hugged and Kissed' Ebola Medical Staff — and 'Felt Perfectly Safe Doing So'

Oh boy, let us all get in line....................

In an effort to quell growing public fears over the Ebola crisis, President Barack Obama said Wednesday that he felt safe touching nurses who had treated two Americans at Emory University Hospital recently.

"I want to use myself as an example just so people have the sense of the science here," Obama said. "I shook hands with, hugged and kissed – not the doctors, but a couple of the nurses at Emory because of the valiant work that they did in treating one of the patients.

"They followed the protocols. They knew what they were doing, and I felt perfectly safe doing so, and so this is not a situation in which, like the flu, the risks of a rapid spread of the disease are not imminent."
