A woman, her shooting partner, and their cameraperson are lucky to be
alive. Her M1 Garand detonated after she failed to check the barrel for
an obstruction due to an apparent squib round, and she attempted to fire
another shot.
Damn, what a waste. Such a beautiful and majestic thing, lines that any man wouldn't mind caressing let alone getting behind. Just don't make'em like they used to... As for that girl, hard lesson learned.

DeleteI have 2 Garands. I don't shoot them that often. Both are Springfield's. It's sad to see that happen to a good rifle.
