I suffered moments like that with my first child - especially the constant screaming and Exorcist projectile vomiting... took six years to want a second child. Hysterical to see the baby & buggy go tooling through the street unaccompanied ;)
I will never know for sure, but the pediatrician just shrugged his shoulders lo those 40 years ago - she is severely lactose intolerant to this day, which I knew nothing about back then. My diet was filled with dairy things, which probably gave her the bad colic -- aaaggghhh I am having a flash back with that video [[[
