All he is doing is logging time he may personally care but on the job, it does not matter if that trucker was alone or had a trailer full of illegals. President Obama has opened the borders and he knows if he does anything, he will lose his job.
Total fundamental transformation.... (Change the history, traditions, and people, through a form of "ethnic cleansing"). The BP agent knows that he's just marking time, as his employer has zero intent of closing the border. National sovereigncy is now a moot point.
