SWAT Teams Avoid Open Records Laws By Forming Corporations – Free To Brutalize Americans In Secret

A different report from the one posted previously.

SWAT teams have found a devious way of operating in secret.

By forming corporations, the militarized police can brutalize Americans free from the disclosure rules of public records laws.

See, law enforcement is a government function and must abide by certain laws, rules and regulations. Among these are federal, state and local open records requests.

  1. Just didn't recognize this as Detroit based on who was running the city...

  2. This will work. Right up until the first lawsuit. Which should take a week. Until then, can we feel free to ambush them when they set up on private property? Seeing as how they are some kind of corporation, tresspassing, and behaving in a threatening manner? BTW, what State will they be forced to register with, and does not this also implicate that State's Secretary of State? A non-law enforcement agency? Oh, I can see all sorts of legal issues with this bullshit. The group that thought this one up really should have their heads examined.

  3. So those who have the state sanctioned use of lethal force (aka license to kill) to enforce "the law" are now above the law, with a different set of rules that apply to them only. There is a word for that in english; tyranny. Now, how did George put that; "all animals are equal....except for those that are more equal than others."

  4. Well I for one would have no more hesitation to shoot on sight some sort of cop contractors than I would a gang of "mutant ninja bikers". The question is how to
identify what flag they are working under. I feel certain they will claim to be contractors when it suits them and sworn LEO after the fact.

  5. If they are private citizens do they have the required federal class 3 firearm permits? This may be a way to force the issue.
