ReplyDeleteThis will work. Right up until the first lawsuit. Which should take a week. Until then, can we feel free to ambush them when they set up on private property? Seeing as how they are some kind of corporation, tresspassing, and behaving in a threatening manner? BTW, what State will they be forced to register with, and does not this also implicate that State's Secretary of State? A non-law enforcement agency? Oh, I can see all sorts of legal issues with this bullshit. The group that thought this one up really should have their heads examined.

So those who have the state sanctioned use of lethal force (aka license to kill) to enforce "the law" are now above the law, with a different set of rules that apply to them only. If they are private citizens do they have the required federal class 3 firearm permits? This may be a way to force the issue.
