The Confederate Naval Jack hangs from the interior of Summerall Chapel with 56 other flags that were donated by states, territories and organizations.

The Charleston S.C. councilman who wants the Confederate flag removed from the chapel at the Citadel is Henry Darby. His email address is : henrydarby@msn.com if you would like to politely give him your opinon on this matter.

  1. Since I CANNOT seem to be able to POLITELY respond to Mr. Darby, I will simply suggest that he leave the flag issue alone and do something constructive like getting back to work restoring his 1964 Pontiac GTO. It appears to be the only useful thing on his resume.

Even though I have always been partial to '69 Chevelle SS 396s or 427s, although for profiling purposes and to be a diverse and inclusive guy, I don't discriminate and also officially like Olds 442s, 440 runners with a six pack and Cudas, but Mr. Darby needs to stick to restoring his car.
