With its strict and unpopular new anti-gun laws, many gun-related businesses are leaving the Empire State for a more welcoming atmosphere. This time it is Remington Arms, a company that has been manufacturing guns in New York State since 1816. The company has announced it is closing its shops and moving to Alabama.

BRAVO For Remington!! I wish for Remington a great increase in their business!

I HOPE more businesses LEAVE NY no matter what their product is... NY should be brought down to Detroit standards... Better yet, move ALL of Chicago there and fence NY off from the rest of the NORMAL people in this country!! HAHA, wishful thinking...

  3. I have placed Remington back on my shopping list. I have written many letters to companies headquartered in communist states. These letters detailed my purchases from a competitor based in a state that respects freedom. I also urge them to move to a free state so their products can again be considered for purchase. I simply refuse to subsidies these states tax base buying products produced there if there is an alternative.

  4. That's my hometown In the photo above. As a boy i carried that flag draped there with my scout troop in the 4th of july parades. All my friends back home work there. One of which has a mortgage and just had his third child. This is the backbone of an entire community being broken. This is almost two hundred years of proud heritage and American tradition being flushed down the toilet. They aren't leaving because of the safe act or to make a political statement. They are leaving because of money. Taxes. Plain and simple. They make most of the waepons for the tyrants they don't care about principle.

You good job remington i say fuck

    2. Haha lifes a bitch then you die- I guess I sounded whiney it just makes you sick to watch things go to crap. Oh well though everybody should move to free-er ground, business included. Don't write us all off theres plenty of Riflemen of Discontent stuck up here in commieland. A lot more than you might think.

  5. JV, seems to me your anger is misplaced. You should be mad at the folks who set the folks who set the high tax rates. Where do you live now? Why are you back at home helping your home boys? That's a rhetorical question by the way.

  6. I am expecting Remington's management team will be rewarded with more business after the move. Americans like honest people & businesses. Remington's relocation is an honest decision.
