Still liberal after all these years.
I have no explanation for why this is, but crime has racial patterns. Hispanics usually commit two kinds of crime: sexual assault on children and driving under the influence. Blacks commit many violent crimes but very few sex crimes. The handful of whites I see commit all kinds of crimes. In my many years as a public defender I have represented only three Asians, and one was half black.
As a young lawyer, I believed the official story that blacks are law abiding, intelligent, family-oriented people, but are so poor they must turn to crime to survive. Actual black behavior was a shock to me.

Just dang - how can a man chronicle all this devastation and still come to the conclusions he does? I am glad that he gives people the defense they deserve constitutionally - but as a die-hard liberal, he is incapable of seeing how his beliefs are the cause of the problems he deals with every day. He describes fatherless, sociopathic rogue elephants. There is no way Govt. can fix it because it caused it in the first place - The only solution is to Starve the Beast, and then come to Jesus for salvation, not a free lunch. There will be some suffering and mayhem, but way less than there will be when a total race war breaks out.

ReplyDeleteWhat the author is exemplifying here is that he is confusing Christian benevolence with the classic progressive view of "we know better than anyone else what is BEST for you and besides you are incapable of taking care of yourself". Though he sees the problem and navigates through it on an almost daily basis he fails to see the root of what has caused and perpetuates this mindset/lifestyle. Only when the maligned welfare programs (whether by accident, design, or both) are defunct either because of bankruptcy/economic collapse or the people who fund them (taxpayers) say simply say enough will the complacency that these programs breed begin to improve.

Having recently spent a year on a grand jury I read this article with great attention.

what I observed in that year almost exactly. I'll add one thing. Most of the crimes are
committed by the same people, over and over. As soon as they get out they go right back to their old ways.
How he comes to the conclusions he draws I can't explain save for the fact that it's probably straight from the trial attorney's handbook (if there is such a thing).
You have to realize that these public defender attorneys are generally guys that can't make it as lawyers who practice in the legitimate areas of the law. They'd be broke and on the street, or selling used cars, if they weren't assigned cases by the court and paid by the tax payers. For them, liberalism pays.
Most of the crimes are committed by the same people, over and over. As soon as they get out they go right back to their old ways.

What the author (and America) refuse to admit is; This behavior is all genetic. The African has ALWAYS behaved like this.(until the 1960s nobody in white culture CARED) This cannot be blamed on the "white man" "government" "welfare" or anything other than the fact that EVERY African culture that has ever existed is at its most basic exactly as the one the author depicts. If you take away the trillions of dollars sent to Africa every year, The Guns , The Cars and the fuel that the UN and world bank pumps into Africa. Within one generation Africans will revert to stone age farmers in mud huts, killing each other for sport. You'd think that after 500 years of failure , the "west" would finally understand that "assimilation" is impossible. No matter how you "dumb down the schools" to allow them to "fit in". No matter how many generations get "welfare". No matter how the Neo-Marxist change the vocabulary or " the construct" , No matter how you destroy the "white power structure" Africans both here and in Africa will remain exactly as they are.
