    1. Really? Like so many remakes, I have to ask, What's the Point? Then I remember that there are few decent writers left in Hollywood - Just watch the original and call it a day - so sayeth Ye Ole Dinosaur Sioux

Here is a trailer from the remake (plot not yet revealed - warning- graphic):

    1. Well, it's not really CBM, so you might enjoy her more. Give her a kiss for me, please.

  4. I am enjoying being with her, but she hates wearing her hearing aids, so the volume is brain shaking. It's just the way it is - there but for the grace of God....
I will be most happy to give her an extra kiss from you ;)

    1. Treasure her while you can, needless to say. My best friend as a child was my next door neighbor Mr. Bowen. I have always gotten along with older people more than others, of course I am one of the former now. :)

  5. Mom enjoyed all her good night kisses )
Mr. Bowen sounds like a wonderful man and friend - your response to your mom about giving him something different for Christmas is so sweet - some fresh tobacco and warm bread...a winning combination! If my math is right, he was 91 when he died. Just think what all he had seen in that time.
