  2. It's not the Polish-Ukrainian border.
    The name of the city (in red circle) says "Słupsk". It's a city in NW Poland. It can hardly be more distant from the Polish-Ukrainian border. "Translating" it to the American geography, Ukraine would be east of Florida, Georgia and N/S Carolina. And the train with military vehicles would be in nortern Montana.

    1. Thanks and you have better eyes than mine as I couldn't make it out with a magnifying glass! :) It was posted on Oleg's friend's site, so I assumed it was correct.
