Russia says it is not breaking diplomatic relations with the United States amid reports that Russia's ambassador may be recalled from the US for consultations. This is according to Lower House's Eurasian Integration and Compatriots Committee head Leonid Slutsky. The Upper House has recently put forth to pull the ambassador from the United States.
Its Speaker, Yuri Vorobyov, spoke at the ad hoc
parliamentary session Saturday where he quoted media reports as saying
that US President Obama had warned Russia there would be "costs" for its
interference in the Ukrainian crisis.

why should they? there nothing to see here, just move along, Obama and Putin have already agreed to this and is ok with it. Obama will blah blah blah but putin knows it's nothing.
