McAuliffe Uses First Veto to Kill Gun Bill

Virginia Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe used his first official veto to strike down a gun rights bill that he had unsuccessfully tried to weaken through an amendment.

The Virginia-Pilot reports that McAuliffe’s veto, while “more symbolic than substantive,” is a clear message to both sides of the gun debate on where he stands:

  1. Where he should be "standing" is end of a rope, guest of honor at a neck tie social. I bet he feels very proud with his "symbolic" statement.

  2. He is a liar, an unscrupulous scoundrel. He took an Oath and lied. He is a traitor in my book and should be removed and run out of the country. Either that, or just hung.
