Ted Cruz: House GOP's Amnesty Push Will Ruin Hopes of Retaking Senate

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) thinks that the House GOP leadership’s renewed push this week to grant amnesty to illegal aliens would destroy the Republican Party’s chances at retaking the Senate in 2014. 

Cruz questioned how establishment Republicans unilaterally caving to Democrats on everything from the farm bill to the budget to the debt ceiling and more could think amnesty is a good idea at this time.

"Right now, Republican leadership in both chambers is aggressively urging members to stand down on virtually every front: on the continuing resolution, on the budget, on the farm bill, on the debt ceiling,” Cruz said in a statement provided exclusively to Breitbart News on Thursday.

    I hope the Republican Party, can again snatches defeat from victory. My desire is 2014 will eliminate the Republican Party completely. Please, Republicans give full amenity immediately to illegal aliens so they can vote Democrat. Another 15 million + democrats should assure a sweep for Democrats. The sooner the Democrats have full control the sooner the revolution and a march back to freedom. As long as we have the illusion of a two party system, they can keep the “useful idiots” fighting each other and not see both parties are one. The sooner then we have domination by the one party the sooner we will have freedom.

    There is only one political party in this country, the party of "I'm in control, I'm making tons of money, I have a lot of prestige & power neither of which I am giving up, I do not have to listen to the peasantry, and We are the rule of law."
    This one party has been ruining this beautiful country for a very long time. The founders of this country would have strung up these cretins. IMNSHO
