Acts of Rebellion

" They don't want to hear from the Tea Party, the Patriot/Liberty Movement or the militias, because we remind them that they are acting illegally; that their actions are illegitimate."

=============================

I am not afraid to say that we are in an all out battle for the soul of the nation. It is a counter-revolution. No one in the sphere of the Patriot/Liberty Community is interested in overthrowing the American government, but rather re-establishing the documents of its founding. It is a re-assertment of the Constitution that we seek.

In order to brand any of us as revolutionaries, they must first admit that they have abandoned the Constitution. To do that would be to de-legitimize their own offices. They can't do it.

So, they try to squeak out a little latitude by calling us domestic insurgents, or domestic terrorists without defining what is that we are against, which would be tyranny. Are they in favor of it? We are against oppression. Are they in favor of it?

We are for the Constitution and for respecting the rights recognized by it. We can't be against the government if we are in favor of its charter. We can be against the government where it has distanced itself from its charter.

What ground have they chosen by making us their enemy?

Saudi National in Boston Bombing being deported on "National Security Grounds"

Abdulrhman Ali Alharbi seen in a Facebook posting.
Abdulrhman Ali Al-harbi seen in a Facebook posting.

Steve Emerson just broke the shocking news that the Saudi National, Abdul al-Harbi, first questioned in the Boston bombing, is going to be deported on "national security grounds." He is from a very powerful Saudi family with many terrorist ties. Abdul al-Harbi is a devout Muslim from Medina.
I said it takes longer than 15 hours to investigate all of Abdul al-Harbi's relatives, friends, acquaintances, and business and school friends.
Perhaps a quick look at the Arabic sources should raise the eyebrows of every American relative to the extent of the problem at hand. Many from Al-Harbi’s clan are steeped in terrorism and are members of Al-Qaeda. Out of a list of 85 terrorists listed by the Saudi government shows several of Al-Harbi clan to have been active fighters in Al-Qaeda:
When I heard he was from a very powerful Saudi family, I worried about this kind of thing happening.

Secretary of State Kerry's meeting with the Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal was abruptly closed to the press the day Abdul al-Harbi was being questioned. There is no doubt in my mind that this was discussed.

Today's embarassing display of rolling incompetence and badly mangled leaks led to numerous cancellations of press conferences, mis-identified suspects, promises of imminent arrest, walking back the arrest announcement, and more. They said they would release a statement and then said they wouldn't.

Very smelly.

LANGUAGE!

…of the “Constitutional Experiment”, because it’s about bloody obvious to anybody with eyes to see and the IQ to tie their own shoelaces that this thing is going to crash and burn before it gets better. We can call the result “The Republic II, This Time No Fascists Allowed”, but first we have to admit to ourselves that the first version didn’t last and that the tree of liberty is going to be well and truly soaked before long.

The outstanding staff of this site have been peerless in keeping up with the bullshit that His Imperial Majesty has been too busy facepalming to comment on, so that’s pretty much covered. Thanks!
And there’s been a lot of facepalming done at the Imperial Palace. You know, when you’ve spent your entire life either living under the mistakes of the ProgNazis and their like or studying their past failures in bringing about the Utopia of Next Tuesday™, noting that the result, throughout all of human history, NO EXCEPTIONS, has been the exact same: Misery, Tyranny, Murder and Oppression, AND you’ve been screaming at the top of your lungs from the very moment we landed on these shores and noticed some very familiar trends for people to wake the fuck up and realize what was going on, facepalming seems to be the only thing to do when they choose to ignore you because… Fuck if we know. They know better, perhaps, from having absolutely zero buttfucking experience with how the socialist fascist scum work? Oh sure, none of those other hundreds of nations and civilizations could make it work, but WE’RE DIFF’RUNT?

“It could never happen here?”

That particular one sounds, we’d like to point out, equally idiotic in the original German. No, it surely couldn’t happen in Germany. Germany was, after all, the epitome of Western Civilization, culture and enlightenment, there was nary a soul in Europe during the 20 year Armistice as we liked to refer to the 1918-1938 period who believed that this silly upstart from Austria could turn Germany into a barbaric, fascist hellhole of genocide, he was just a populist politician with the best of intentions who, even if a bit loud and boisterous at times, surely was every bit the “good man” that we’re told constantly by the bien-pensant of the RINO Establishment that Generalissimo Ogabe is, so just calm down you paranoid hobbits, extremists and right wing Tea Party nutjobs.
Don’t let’s be beastly to the Germans.

We Won a Stunning Victory Today!

“Schumer’s spokesman Brian Fallon took note of Gun Owners of America’s role in the debate, tweeting a link to the [New York] Times profile and saying the group ‘is making deal on even background checks extremely hard.’” - TPM Media, “Democrats Blame Gun Owners of America for Gun Control Setback,” April 8, 2013

You guys did it. We all did it - together!

For four months, the laughing hyenas on MSNBC and in the White House have been cackling hysterically about the "bitter clingers" who actually own guns and value the Second Amendment.
Well, who’s laughing now?

The TPM quote above indicated - more than a week ago - that things weren’t going well for anti-gun Democrats. The New York Times also lamented on April 3 that:

The group [GOA] has already been successful in both freezing senators, particularly Republicans, who have appeared to be on the fence about supporting bills to expand background checks.

Have you ever wondered if your activism makes any difference at all? Well, today, you saw a dramatic answer to that question, as we won an incredible victory.

You guys scorched the Senate offices with phone calls. Many of you reported to us that their phones were ringing endlessly (as they were busy handling other calls) ... that in many cases your Senator's mailboxes were full ... and in some cases, that they even hung up on you.

Today was a textbook example of how grassroots activism makes a difference! But even still, you can be sure that the gun grabbers will be back soon, trying hard to resurrect this issue.

And that’s why your GOA will remain ever vigilant and will alert you to any proposed infringements of your liberty.

Here are the highlights of what happened today:

(1) The most important vote was the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer national gun registry proposal. With 60 votes needed for passage, the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer amendment was shot down by a vote of 54-46.

GOA and NRA strongly opposed the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer amendment. But we were surprised to see that another gun group - not only said they supported the Toomey language, but - said they helped write the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer text. Thankfully, their support for this gun control language was not enough to get it passed.

(2) The Cornyn-Vitter-Thune amendment - pushed hard by Gun Owners of America - received a 57-43 vote (so we fell three votes short since 60 were needed). This provision would have allowed concealed carry holders and persons in constitutional carry states to carry nationwide. The overwhelming vote on this amendment sets the stage for bringing it up again and again on must-pass legislation.

(3) As predicted, the Feinstein gun ban lost by a vote of 40-60 - falling far short of a majority - and the magazine ban lost by a vote of 46-54.

Today is a day to celebrate! We thank God for all of you and for all the Help that we have received in this long struggle to stop infringements of our liberties.

Here’s what is still left for tomorrow.

Harry Reid’s bill (S. 649) is still on the floor of the Senate, and there are two scheduled votes that will take place tomorrow. Eventually, the Senate will vote on whether to end debate on the bill (known as cloture), but that vote won’t necessarily take place tomorrow. The Senate will need 60 votes to end debate, but if they can’t reach that threshold, the bill effectively dies.

So GOA is telling Senators to vote AGAINST cloture on the bill, whenever that vote comes.

ACTION: We think that we can defeat cloture on final passage of the bill. But, to be safe, GOA is encouraging activists to contact their Senators and urge them oppose cloture! You can reach them at 202-224-3121.

"Right Wing Nut DIDN'T Kill The Texas DA and prosecutor"

Via The Feral Irishman

Authorities say the wife of a former judge has confessed to being involved in the shooting deaths of a North Texas district attorney, his wife and an assistant prosecutor.

Kim Lene Williams was arrested early Wednesday. Kaufman County sheriff's spokesman Lt. Justin Lewis says Williams is being charged in all three deaths. Lewis says she is being held on $10 million bond.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Williams told investigators Tuesday that she was involved in the shootings of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland, his wife, Cynthia, and one of his prosecutors, Mark Hasse.

The investigation has also focused on her husband, Eric Williams, whom McLelland and Hasse successfully prosecuted for theft.

The McLellands were found dead March 30, two months after Hasse was slain.

Ripcord

I am about half way through and I agree with Stephen E. Ambrose who stated

"I've never read a better account of  battle."

Minute to minute action down and dirty fighting against entrenched NVA in underground bunkers which were connected.  The troopers could kill everyone in a bunker and minutes later it would be manned again.  Imagine below.  This happened when the good Captain killed a Chinese advisor 10 feet away who had just thrown a satchel charge at him. His chief complaint, after the satchel charge went off in his face and he later awoke 20 feet away, was that he had lost his shotgun.:)

"That ol' Winchester was a sweet-shootin' gun."

"The adrenaline was such that  Rollison crushed the walnut slide of his shotgun as he pumped off the shots, then, his left hand stinging with splinters.........."

Highly recommended.

This book is one of the very best accounts of combat I have ever read. This book is as good as "We Were Soldiers Once and Young". I wish everyone that has ever been told that "we lost the war in Vietnam because the politicians made us fight it with one had tied behind our back" would read this book. It shows that the war was not lost because of lack of effort on our part. Our soldiers fought bravely and valiantly and their efforts are just now starting to be recognized by the general public.

The North Vietnamese Army were a brave and determined foe and were willing to fight to the last man. When you read about the type of firepower they were willing to wade through and would keep coming at you, you soon realize that they were willing to accept losses that we could not comprehend nor stomach politically. Short of genocide, there was no way for the United States to win the Vietnam war.

This book carries my highest recommendation.

Mike Kershaw

This is a book I have been giving to battalion commanders enroute to battalion command for the past few years. It is the story of 2-506th and their fight over Firebase RIPCORD late in the Vietnam War, a period characterized by "Vietnamization" and Pacification. This incident was still talked about as sort of a jungle myth as late as the 80's at Fort Campbell by the old timers, the battle saw three of eight rifle companies committed overrun by the NVA, "Hamburger Hill" type casualties (almost 70-80 KIA of which some 17 were MIA for a period) and an evacuation of a Firebase under pressure during which the Battalion Commander (Andre Lucas) would be killed in action and awarded a controversial Medal of Honor. A compelling book and one that should serve as a cautionary tale as our fight shifts in Afghanistan. This book could be read alongside "The 13th Valley" and "Matterhorn" to gain insight into leadership in the closing of difficult campaigns.

Awwwww, looks like Joe is fighting back the tears..........

House investigators talking to new Benghazi whistleblowers

Via avordvet

CBS News has learned that multiple new whistleblowers are privately speaking to investigators with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee regarding the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attacks on the U.S. compounds in Benghazi, Libya.

The nature of the communications with the whistleblowers and their identities are not being made public at this time. But in response, the Oversight Committee yesterday sent letters to the three federal agencies involved: the CIA, the Defense Department and the State Department.

The letters make the case for the whistleblowers to be able to share sensitive or classified information with their own attorneys, and ask for each agency's official description of the legal steps that process must follow. The letters also state that additional witnesses may be "compelled by subpoena to give testimony."

Has the Gang of 8 been out of the country for 5 years? Their bill tackles the . . . LABOR SHORTAGE?

Via Mike

Just how long was the Gang of Eight Senators in that back room pounding out the massive immigration bill they released today?

Supposedly, it has been three months, but  I'm wondering if they've been in that back room for five years and missed the fact that the country during that time lost millions of jobs and the top concerns of voters are putting Americans back to work in an improved economy.

Nearly every section of the Gang Amnesty bill seems to add more foreign workers to compete with unemployed and underemployed Americans. The Gang apparently believes that the way to help the 20 million Americans who can't find a full-time job is to give out another 20-30 million lifetime work permits to foreign citizens over the next decade.

This bill wouldl further flood labor markets at the lower-skill levels where real wages have declined 10% to 22% since 1980.

Major Theater Chain Pulls Back On Employee Hours For Obamacare

 http://www.tooconservative.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/obamacare-commie-flag.jpeg

Regal Entertainment Group is the largest movie theater chain in the United States, with over 500 locations in 38 states. This week, according to Fox News, the company is cutting back on the hours for all hourly employees. From now on, no one may work more than thirty hours.

Even if there were no further information, anyone who has been following the news will immediately know why Regal is reducing hours. Obamacare mandates that any employee who works more than thirty hours a week gets health coverage courtesy of their employer. (And in an additional stroke of genius, Obama launched his second term by promising to raise minimum wage law, so employers are not only facing a huge increase in money going out the door but are also looking forward to another jump in their expenses).  Red Lobster and Olive Garden have already reduced hours for the same reason. These restaurants were already hurting, but Obamacare increases the economic injuries.

How surviving a bomb blast feels and what you can do to help survivors.

Imagine this:

Last thing that you remember is that you were standing with few of your friends in street, now you are laying on ground and looking around you and there is blood running next to your leg, there is something in your throat and it suffocates you, you are trying to remove it with your fingers but nothing comes out, you are trying to swallow it but it is of no help, you are trying to scream but nothing comes out of your mouth. And thing that scare you most is that you notice blood on your pants in groin region, and you think that all future fun is gone.

Your friend gets you on your feet and his mouth are moving but you can not hear sh!t. With his hands he is explaining you that shell exploded some 50 meters from you and your friends.

You are (hopefully only temporary) deaf from blast, you can not talk because blood in your throat because you bite your tongue when that thing exploded. “Luckily” blood running next to your leg is not yours, it is your friends , he is seriously wounded.

And that wet stuff running down your legs and on your pants is not your blood, you just lost your bladder control when detonation happened. It happened unconsciously not because of fear, you did not have enough time even to feel fear.

And then (thanks God) you pass out. Everything starts to hurt later.

This all happened long time ago, but I still remember everything like it is happened yesterday, or like it is happening everyday. I feel very sorry for those innocent killed people in Boston.

I feel sorry for wounded too. Even when they recover they will be wounded for the rest of their lives.

Few times people told me that my experiences are war experiences and they are not applicable to some future SHTF scenarios. Horrible event in Boston clearly shows that you do not need to be at war to have civil victims because of explosions.

I witnessed numerous explosions, blasts, detonations etc. And also I helped many bomb explosions victims, during war and later in emergency services. Unfortunately here carrying small bomb with you is not so unusual (even today). Its considered here weapon just like knife or gun and we have bombings in our area still every month.

Top Dem sees 'train wreck' for Obama health law

(AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite)

A senior Democratic senator who helped write President Barack Obama's health care law stunned administration officials Wednesday, saying openly he thinks it's headed for a "train wreck" because of bumbling implementation.

"I just see a huge train wreck coming down," Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., told Obama's health care chief during a routine budget hearing that suddenly turned tense.
Baucus is the first top Democrat to publicly voice fears about the rollout of the new health care law, designed to bring coverage to some 30 million uninsured Americans through a mix of government programs and tax credits for private insurance that start next year. Polls show the public remains confused by the complexity of the law, and even many uninsured people are skeptical that they will be helped.

A six-term Democrat, Baucus expects to face a tough re-election in 2014. He's still trying to recover from approval ratings that nosedived amid displeasure with the health care law in his home state.
Normally low-key and supportive, Baucus challenged Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius at Wednesday's hearing.

A dark skinned male arrested for Boston bombings

Via Billy

 http://i.imgur.com/puvQAoA.jpg

Just minutes after reporting investigators have identified a suspect in the Boston Bombings, law enforcement officials now report they have arrested the suspect.

According to reports, the man is a dark skinned male who was captured on a video taken at the Lord and Taylor department store on Boylston Street in Boston.

The video is purported to clearly show the man walking to the exact location of the second bombing and placing the backpack on the ground that is alleged to have contained the bomb.

After further enhancing the video Law enforcement was able to clearly identify the suspect according to reports.

A second video provided by a TV station is said to have helped confirm the suspect’s identity.

Police are scheduled to give a detailed press conference on the latest development at 5:00 pm today.
The suspect in custody may have also been identified by the online think tank 4CHAN according to online speculation.

Respondents answered in the following order:

CNN: Pressure Cooker Bomb 'Right-Wing' Signature

An article published on CNN's website makes an unproven claim that pressure cooker bombs like the ones used at the Boston Marathon terror attack are a "signature" of "right-wing extremists."

The article says (emphasis added) :

A senior U.S. counterterrorism investigator told CNN that pressure cooker bombs have also been a signature of extreme right-wing individuals in the United States who he said tend to revel in building homemade bombs.

This specific claim that "pressure cooker bombs have also been a signature of extreme right-wing individuals in the United States" appears to be completely unsubstantiated. Not a single example is given even in the CNN story itself of anyone other than al-Quadea using a pressure cooker bomb.

The article goes on to discuss the Olympic Park bombing by anti-abortion terrorist Erich Rudolph but those bombings were done with pipe bombs, not pressure cooker bombs. As the article says:

For example, the devices planted by Erich Rudolph at an Atlanta park during the 1996 Olympic Games were pipe bombs filled with gunpowder and nails to increase their lethality; it also had an alarm clock as a timing mechanism. Like the bombings in Boston, those devices were concealed in a backpack, according to a Department of Homeland Security report detailing the 1996 attack.

The claim in the previous paragraph was about pressure cooker bombs being a signature of right-wing extremists, not the use of pipe bombs or the more general use of a timer or a backpack.

As Breitbart News explained, instructions on how to make a pressure cooker bomb were provided in an issue of the al-Qaeda magazine Inspire.

GRNC Alert 4-17-13: NC Assembly elected by pro-gun voters needs to move pro-gun bills

Although promising bills have been introduced, such as SB 342, for restaurant carry, sponsored by Senators Buck Newton, Dan Soucek and Jeff Tarte, and co-sponsored by numerous legislators, including Rules Chairman Sen. Tom Apodaca, both our Senate and House have been unacceptably slow to move them to the floors of both chambers for the votes they deserve.

NC gun owners worked hard during the last election to ensure that our Assembly is comprised of legislators who will protect and expand our Second Amendment rights. In an election favoring proponents of the Obama anti-gun agenda in other states, the success of NC pro-candidates were only possible due to our contributions of time, effort and donations.
We obtained results for pro-gun Assembly members, now it is their turn to produce the pro-gun laws we elected them for.

NC gun owners should be frankly disappointed by lack of movement of pro-gun bills, and the fact that we saw more pro-gun legislation passed under Democrat Speaker Jim Black than under current Speaker Tillis. Failure to expand carry into restaurants, laws on the books for years in surrounding states, is of particular concern.

Ayotte a no on Manchin-Toomey; Update: Reid announces support for Feinstein assault-weapons ban; Update: Heitkamp a no, too

Via Angry Mike

This is a big deal, and not just because of the swing of a single vote in the Senate:
“Last week, I voted to initiate Senate debate on preventing violence and protecting the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Americans. Several proposals have been brought forward, and I’ve been carefully reviewing them all.
“There are responsible steps that can be taken to stop criminals and others who are already prohibited from possessing firearms under federal law from obtaining them. With those principles as a guide, I am cosponsoring the Protecting Communities and Preserving the Second Amendment Act, which includes needed reforms to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, addresses mental health gaps in the criminal justice system, and criminalizes gun trafficking and straw purchases.
“To further address the need to improve the nation’s mental health system, I also am co-sponsoring the Mental Health Awareness and Improvement Act. This bipartisan measure includes provisions of legislation I helped introduce that seek to improve mental health first aid training and increase the effectiveness of mental health care across the nation.
“I believe that restricting the rights of law-abiding gun owners will not prevent a deranged individual or criminal from obtaining and misusing firearms to commit violence. While steps must be taken to improve the existing background check system, I will not support the Manchin-Toomey legislation, which I believe would place unnecessary burdens on law-abiding gun owners and allow for potential overreach by the federal government into private gun sales.”
Presumably, Joe Manchin already knew this when he threw in the towel on his bipartisan compromise with Pat Toomey earlier today, but the announcement all but guarantees the demise of Democratic gun-control proposals scheduled for votes today.  The “defection,” if it can be called that, of a Republican who voted to allow debate on the bill will make it very difficult to convince red-state Democrats like Mark Pryor to support it — especially since it’s clear that it will go down to defeat.  Why risk the ire of 2014 voters just to back a failure?

A Warning to All Gun Bloggers and Forums – Boston Marathon Explosions

Please be aware that there are what we call “Bloomberg shills” lurking in the comments of gun blogs and forums at present. It has been going on since before the election, and we first noticed it as far back as our January 8th, 2012 article “2nd Amendment Voters Should Vote Ron Paul.” At first it seemed like fun because they got a lively discussion going, and many of our articles have over 400 comments just because of a few anti-gun comments peppered in by a shill here and there. But as more and more of them have come in, we have begun to realize that it is better to delete them. The anti-gunners have a plan, and that plan is to make gun people look stupid, heartless, and separate from the values of mainstream America. A recent “whistleblower” post about the Boston Marathon explosions is especially troubling. If you are part of a gun blog or forum, please don’t allow this post to spread, and beware that more attempts to make 2nd Amendment defenders look bad are coming.

As most of us have come to understand, this crisis has gone far beyond politics. We have seen an unprecedented and sustained attack on not just our guns, but the entire pro-2nd Amendment and avid shooter culture itself. We are being sold to the public as stupid and selfish people who don’t care about the safety of children. I got a forwarded Facebook post from an 86 year old family friend and staunch Libertarian yesterday that said “The NRA Doesn’t Represent Me.” If only he knew what a fool he is being played for, but if you read through the lines, it is pretty clear that Bloomberg’s media campaign is working.

The medicated masses are buying the story, because it is being presented in social media environment where people have already let their guards down.

For that reason, we have ceased to allow any anti-gun comments on our articles. This was a difficult decision, but we only did so after calling out several of the commenters and directly accusing them of being hired Bloomberg shills. None of them defended themselves, and we believe that this is exactly what they are.

The anti-gunners aren’t just buying TV ads. They are hiring what are probably unemployed young people in New York City to fish around in pro-2nd Amendment social media to plant seeds of division, trying to hook the emotions of the vulnerable and anti-depressant medicated.

51% Favor Imprisoning Terrorist Suspects Even Without Evidence to Convict

Unbelievable.

Following the deadly terrorist attack in Boston Monday, half of U.S. voters still support imprisoning terrorist suspects despite a lack of hard evidence to convict them.  The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters favor continuing the current U.S.

policy of imprisoning suspected terrorists if they are considered a danger even if there is insufficient evidence to convict them. Just half as many (26%) oppose such a policy, but 23% more are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Gun Control Could Die Today!

Call your Senators to make sure it happens!
This is it!

It would have been better if we had won the motion to proceed last week and didn't have to spend this week fighting one Harry Reid bribe after another - all of which are intended to lure Senators into passing gun control.

But we believe that our grassroots’ pressure has kept Senators from giving in to the bribes. And, as early as today, there could be a series of pivotal votes on gun amendments.

The most important - and the vote which will determine whether we defeat all gun control in the 113rd Congress - is the vote on the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer gun registry bill.

This bill would require you to go to a dealer and fill out a 4473 if you put up a sign or run a newspaper ad touting your gun that’s for sale. And, once you fill in that 4473, Toomey-Manchin-Schumer would open the door to putting you on a national gun registry.

Don't believe the loophole-filled weasel words in the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer amendment. If it passes, there will be a national gun registry.

The vote on Toomey-Manchin-Schumer will be, by far, the single most important vote today. And it will require 60 votes for adoption. If we get 41 votes against - and we are very, very optimistic that we will - gun control will probably die for the next two years. Obama’s agenda will have been defeated.

There will also be votes on two other bad amendments, but we should be able to get 41 votes and defeat these without any difficulty. They are the votes on the Feinstein semi-automatic ban and the Blumenthal magazine ban. As we say, these should die without any more effort.

A number of good amendments will be offered:

  • The Vitter/Cornyn amendment would allow concealed carry holders and persons in constitutional carry states to carry nationwide.
  • The Burr amendment would guarantee that veterans cannot lose their gun rights without a court order.
  • And the Barrasso amendment would defund state governments that release the names of gun owners.
But we need to keep our eyes on the ball: The single most important vote is the vote to defeat the Toomey-Schumer amendment. If we win on that, we will probably kill gun control for the rest of this 113th Congress. We only need 41 votes. And we are optimistic that, with your help, we will get them.

ACTION: CALL YOUR SENATORS at 202-224-3121. Demand that they vote against the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer sell-out.

Let them know that Gun Owners of America will be scoring this vote in its end-of-year rating.

TALKING POINTS for Senators:

1. Vote against the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer amendment!
2. Vote against the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer amendment!
3. Vote against the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer amendment!

Worried. About. Boston.

 Statue_in_Minute_Man_National_Historical_Park-1024x768

Most of the day today I worried about whether the Boston event was domestic terrorism. “Who did it?” won’t bring a child and a young woman back to life, or reattach legs. But it still feels like it matters who did it, doesn’t it?

Rawles has just posted his opinion that it’s domestic. If it’s domestic, it could be OWS, Earth First, or other assorted nihilists or leftists. Or it could be, tragically, some really, really, really crazy far right group. Or it could be a false flag. Or Arabs. Right now, we just don’t know. We may never know, either because the government doesn’t know, or because the government covers up or manipulates the truth.

I think the American Resistance needs to at least run the intellectual exercise of preparing for the Boston terrorists to be domestic crazy-far-right-wing people, either in reality, or in the crosshairs of the Regime/Media propaganda machine.

That is going to put Rhodies and virtually all readers of this blog who aren’t linked here by the Media Directorate (like that will ever happen) or who don’t work in a NSA/DHS Fusion Center in the position of being the “reasonable Muslims” after September 11. I’m (obviously) not Muslim, but I can imagine that would have been a severely uncomfortable place to be.

Within hours, it could be our position.
