Candidate for MA Attorney General Says He Will Use Executive Order to Require Smart Guns if Elected

Well, things just escalated quickly in Massachusetts.

Warren Tolman, a former state senator and a current candidate for Attorney General of Massachusetts has basically said he will use the Massachusetts equivalent of an executive order to require that all guns sold in the state incorporate finger print scanning technology that would make the gun usable by only its owner (aka “smart guns”).

  1. It seems good enough for our President to dictate by executive order. It was only a matter of time until state officials realized how easy it was to dictate rather then legislate.
