NC: North Carolina Central University lockdown lifted with suspected shooter allegedly still at large
The
university asked students to take shelter and stay away from all windows
and doors before an all clear was issued at 3 p.m. Police in Durham are
looking for 20-year-old Crandall Ingram who's believed to be armed
after shots were heard fired on the campus around 2:30 p.m.
