It’s been a disastrous couple of weeks for President Barack Obama. His signature legislation, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, is a slow-motion train wreck. His poll numbers have tanked.
Now, things have gotten so bad for Obama that former president Jimmy Carter has called President Obama incompetent in the family-friendly pages of Parade magazine.

Synonyms: dishonestly, insincerely, untruthfully, deceitfully, hypocritically, misleadingly, duplicitously
That's what the headline is. Although I may agree with the sentiment, nowhere in the source material did I find an actual quote from Carter calling the 'won' incompetent.
The actual and ONLY quote of Carter referencing obama is;
“He’s done the best he could under the circumstances. His major accomplishment was Obamacare, and the implementation of it now is questionable at best.”
You can infer all you want but he did not CALL obama incompetent. Using tactics like this is what the progs do. There are enough REAL quotes that state their true intent from them out there that we don't have to resort to this to 'gin up' the base. Or perhaps we are now embracing the progressive tactic of not letting facts get in the way....something I am seeing more of in many of the Patriot news feeds these days to garner sensationalism.
The best way to win this fight at it's current stage is to hit them with something they can't deny.
