I agree with both. Considering there has not been a budget for over 4 years, yet there is a push for more and more money, more deficit spending, increase the debt ceiling. We need to take a stand and demand no more Omnibus spending bills, fund any and all agencies separately. Audit the fed there is too much money missing too many cronies filling their pockets. Trust nothing this Administration is saying, Govt shut down 83 percent is still open. Foreign aide is being done while Americans and our soldiers/soldiers families are suffering and going with little or without. Congress needs to pass a budget and not give - the executive branch needs 75% of it's budget cut, the congressional gym needs to be closed, Obama's golf course shut down and one of the "flying Whitehouses" needs to be grounded. No more special privileges for this administration. Ok- getting off soap box.
In addition, as I have said before, ask who wants to double the work they are currently performing, as that is what you will be required to do as the government is being cut in half.
If you get rid of redundancy of some programs. Stop holding back the American people (pipelines, industry), stop using depts and agencies to harass law abiding citizens/companies. The TSA, both DOE's and the EPA can be cut. Cut Homeland Security's Budget and shut down the new NSA Center in Utah. And most importantly bill the cost of housing, medical, schooling and prison to Mexico- considering these costs are probably 70 billion a year.
