Former President George W. Bush is
expected to make a rare policy address next week talking about how
immigration reform will be good for the country, The Dallas Morning News reported.
Bush will speak at a citizenship ceremony at the George W. Bush Presidential Center on Wednesday as part of an event titled, “What Immigrants Contribute.”
