How can you tell if she is "high" or just a stupid chatterbox? The other girl must have been "low" cause she didn't say anything. :) She was good! Should end up in commercials or better. I might have the world's record for driving a cab while stoned, but I doubt if that can be checked in the Guinness Book of World Records......:)
