US Rep Diana Degette, who is the primary sponsor of the bill to ban high capacity mags nationwide, absurdly claims that high capacity magazines can only be used one time, and once the bullets are gone, you can't re-use the magazines. But not only cant you re-use them, they actually disappear! POOF! They are gone!
