This country is really going to hell. I don't even even know who we are as a nation anymore. How are our children and grandchildren going to survive without knowing who they are and where did values, honor and morals come from?
Maybe we need to hit dirt rock bottom first and then crawl inch by inch back up toward the truth....

      May be.

  2. "Rock bottom" is going to hurt like hell when we hit it!
The sheeple have no clue how different life in this country is gonna be. When those who are surviving it (rock bottom) realize that their indifference to the Constitution, the BOR, the notion that all "rights" come from God..... brought them to the hell they'll be surviving in. Some will see the error of their ways, most I believe (having written God out of existence) will still everyone but themselves.
Unbelievable hard times are coming , the writing is on the wall, so the wise have been preparing.....

  3. Well, I am no longer offended by people who look at me like I'm a fool. I'll be 80 this year and I just became a licensed distributor for a line of survival food and gear and I'm proud of it. Not going to advertise the product here in a comment, just trying to inspire the young folks. Heh. Prepare. My Scottish Marchbanks crest says Nunquam Non Paratus, Never Not Prepared. They wrote that almost 200 years ago just for me and my family and this time.

    2. There are many such businesses out there. I'm with the one at shelfreliance.com. Some impressive young entrepreneurs in American Fork, Utah. Thanks.

  4. And this might be a good place for me to push a site I regularly read and which had a good article today on this problem. Poretto writes Liberty's Torch. Its masthead's words always thrill me.

    "Liberty's Torch
    You cannot vote the Revolution.
    You cannot buy the Revolution.
You can only be the Revolution.
If the torch of freedom doesn't burn in your heart, it is nowhere."

And a phrase from the article--"left-liberalism has no unifying principles of any sort."

I especially liked today's article about the old circuit riders. There were one or two in Western North Carolina still preaching in the mountains when I was a boy.
