The Washington Trials

Amen

Is now the time for all good men and women to realize that the future is in our hands? Not the hands of politicians whose ambition and greed have bankrupted our nation and enslaved our children. It is in our hands as given to us at the founding of our nation. I purposely did not say the United States since our nation was founded on natural law and Sacred honor first; then the Articles of Confederation and finally the Constitution which gives us our current system of government.

Or does it?

After watching the video below, I can only surmise that Janet Napolitano is guilty of treason. Her indignation at allowing confidential information to be compromised without repercussions is matched only by her arrogance.

Gohmert Holds DHS Secretary Napolitano Accountable

Does anyone feel that the Department of Homeland Security has the safety of the American people as their true mission? Let’s consider asking how secure the people in Arizona currently feel based on their punishment for trying to enforce federal laws. Napolitano’s “testimony” supports an agenda shared by the Muslim Brotherhood, not our national security. Shakespeare’s Hamlet has an excellent phrase for her testimony:

The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

As does John McCain and several other politicians whose response to the Muslim Brotherhood infiltration in our government will also be shown to be treasonous. Which brings me to the point: when (not if) the government collapses due to this infiltration, bankruptcy and/or civil unrest, what will happen next?

Let’s look back to history for a possible outcome: the Nuremberg Trials:

No trial provides a better basis for understanding the nature and causes of evil than do the Nuremberg trials from 1945 to 1949. Those who come to the trials expecting to find sadistic monsters are generally disappointed. What is shocking about Nuremberg is the ordinariness of the defendants: men who may be good fathers, kind to animals, even unassuming–yet who committed unspeakable crimes. Years later, reporting on the trial of Adolf Eichmann, Hannah Arendt wrote of “the banality of evil.” Like Eichmann, most Nuremberg defendants never aspired to be villains. Rather, they over-identified with an ideological cause and suffered from a lack of imagination or empathy: they couldn’t fully appreciate the human consequences of their career-motivated decisions.

American excellence must be restored with Sacred honor, courage and justice. We have three options ahead of us:

1. We can let the people responsible for the destruction of our country go free in an effort to start fresh.

2. We can engage in vigilante justice.

3. We can put them on trial.

Option number 1 is the easy way out. But then I remember Pastor Bonhoeffer’s words:

Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.

There is no honor in this option: evil must be confronted and held accountable. We cannot rebuild our nation on shifting sand.

Option number 2 also is an easy way out: Wipe evil out as quickly as possible and move on. The problem again is the issue of Sacred honor. Vengeance is not justice. As Eric Holder has shown the nation how little the administration regards the concept of justice; we cannot abandon one of our highest principles. Without the rule of law, there cannot be a Republic.

Which brings us to option 3. We currently have no rule of law in the United States and therefore no Republic. We see the consequences of lawlessness and its support by the government every day with their policy of social justice based on mitigating factors. The Constitution has been usurped as has our Liberty by vain and aspiring men holding the highest offices of the land. And we put them there. That is why we must hold those responsible for their actions accountable: with mercy and justice. We must prove to the world that our founding principles were not abandoned and show that we will make the hard decisions and sacrifices to prove it.

The Nuremberg Trials accomplished this goal by showing the world that evil men must be held accountable for their actions. I want to recommend that these trials be held in Washington, DC. If we are to rebuild our future, let us start by restoring the name and honor of George Washington. Who among us now regards “Washington” with honor based on the actions of our “leaders”?

The arrogance shown by Janet Napolitano is rampant in our nation’s Capital. Who associates the names of Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, Hillary Clinton and Valerie Jarrett with honor? The complete list is not short but let us hope that “The Washington Trials” will be the option America chooses to start a future built on a solid foundation.

Eyewitnesses: Second Person Involved In ‘Dark Knight’ Shooting

Freedom Outpost
VERBATIM POST

According to two eyewitnesses, there may have been another person that helped James Holmes in the shooting that took place on Friday morning.

The first young man, interviewed by NBC channel 9, claims that a can of tear gas came from the side of the theater opposite of Holmes.

This young man was interviewed on CNN and claims that a person on a cell phone moved towards the exit door and moments later the gunman appeared from the same door and began his shooting spree.

Why Aren’t Race Riots News? by Thomas Sowell

Via Colin Flaherty

When I first saw a book by Colin Flaherty with the title “White Girl Bleed a Lot,” I instantly knew what it was about, even though I had not seen the book reviewed anywhere, and knew nothing about the author.

That is because I had encountered that phrase before, while doing research for the four new chapters on intellectuals and race that I wrote for the revised edition of my own book Intellectuals and Society, published this year.

That phrase was spoken by a member of a mob of young blacks who attacked whites at random at a Fourth of July celebration in Milwaukee last year. What I was appalled to learn, in the course of my research, was that such race riots have occurred in other cities across the United States in recent years — and that the national mainstream media usually ignore these riots.

Where the violence is too widespread and too widely known locally to be ignored, both the local media and public officials often describe what happened as unspecified “young people” attacking unspecified victims for unspecified reasons. But videos of the attacks often reveal both the racial nature of these attacks and the racial hostility expressed by the attackers.

Are race riots not news?

THEATER OF OPERATIONS ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION

For what it's worth

Via midnightrider

Most recently, I have received information from a retired senior commander who is in a network of "old school" senior officers evaluating the known intelligence concerning a two front combat theater of operations. To keep as much information available to an involved cadre of military and law enforcement agents/agencies, this unofficial, undirected, yet highly qualified working group, has arrived at the conclusion point as I will describe it here.

The overall engagement strategy has been to entice the American military into pledging huge naval assets in the gulf region. The Straits of Hormuz is the "choke point" for all things challenging to Iran. It is here that the Iranian Navy and Air Force will have their greatest chance to inflict REAL damage on our (homosexually celebrated) armed forces. This is a real point of smack down for the Muslims to bring utter destruction on the American military, the American armed forces, and the American people (infidel society). The Russians and Chinese do NOT have the immediate design or permission from the luciferians to openly face the Americans, however; they will be in the command and control loop that manages the combat theater, once operations begin. This entire scheme is part of a feint to also run interference at Diego Garcia, the staging area for material' and air support. Russian, Chinese and North Korean subs are stationed in the Indian Ocean near there with surface ship support. It is clear that events are moving toward an engagement of historic proportions and cataclysmic repercussions on a Biblical scale.

The Pentagon is operating on bluster and ineptitude on a staggering scale. Homosexuality has reached the highest levels of the Pentagon as well. The former officers who have seen this coming have disowned many of their complicit former colleagues, while watching in dismay as they move ahead with stupefyingly poor planning surrounding the commitment of at least two and possibly three Naval Carrier Task Force groups now in great harms way.

United Daughters of the Confederacy lecture series features Gov. Henry T. Clark of Tarboro

TARBORO — The North Carolina Division of the United Daughters of the Confederacy Sesquicentennial Committee is sponsoring lectures throughout the state during each year of the observance. The War Between the States Sesquicentennial Lecture Series began on May 20, 2011, which was the date North Carolina left the Union in 1861 under Gov. John W. Ellis. The lectures are free and open to the public.

On Saturday, July 28, a lecture on North Carolina war governor Henry T. Clark will be held in Rocky Mount at the Braswell Memorial Library, 727 North Grace St. The lecture will begin at 1:30 p.m. and the speaker will be R. Matthew Poteat, an assistant professor of history at Central Virginia Community College in Lynchburg.

Poteat has written articles and reviews for a variety of scholarly journals and online publications and is the author of Henry Toole Clark: Civil War Governor of North Carolina. He is a native of Lenior County and holds degrees from both East Carolina University and North Carolina State University. He is currently writing his doctoral dissertation — a study of the Confederate governors — for the University of London, Birkbeck.

Princeville NC ‘leadership’ killing community too tough for Floyd

TARBORO — Princeville.

The oldest town in America chartered by African Americans.

Princeville.

The only town in America chartered by African Americans where its politics have disgraced people of all races.

Turner Prince, the man for whom Princeville is named, is rolling over in his grave because of the shenanigans that are occurring in his beloved town. How could the elected officials not know they are the laughing stock of the country?

Over the last three years, those in the majority have made decisions that were too far-fetched for a writer of fiction to even come up with.

As a case in point, look at the water bill fiasco.

The majority agreed to a bill “payment plan” for its citizens, some of whom carried balances for months at a time. Unfortunately, the bills for some of those customers now exceed $2,000!

That’s a crying shame.

It is the fault of the elected majority for allowing the citizens of the town to get in this predicament. Officials are elected to look after the community’s citizens … to protect them and act in the best interest of the community — they are supposed to be the stewards of the community and guardians of its future.

But why would the majority allow the balance on a water bill, which is normally about $68 per month, to balloon in excess of $2,000?

That’s a crying shame.

The majority blamed everybody — except, of course, themselves — for their fiasco. They even blamed a reporter from this newspaper who only printed the information that was obtained through meeting coverage, interviews and investigation.

Kill the messenger, we suppose, because you find you can’t hide from a truthful message.

Princeville’s water bill issues don’t even scratch the surface of the myriad problems this town is enduring — and it’s all because of incompetent leadership.

From the water bill woes, to town’s financial distress, to an audit report fraught with problems and the repeated failure to meet deadline after deadline, the ineffective leadership has placed Princeville in dire straits.

It’s a crying shame.

Think about it … in 1885 a group of former slaves with a very limited education went before Congress and asked for a charter to a piece of land that slave owners viewed as not worth a hill of beans.

Turner Prince and those former slaves nourished that low land and it became their beacon on the south side of the Tar River.

For many years the mighty Tar spilled over its banks and caused massive flooding, heartache and hardship. The last flood was in 1999, when Hurricane Floyd’s floodwaters swallowed the town for more than three days. Political officials from all levels — federal, state and local —thought Floyd would mark the demise of the oldest town in America chartered by blacks. But just like it had during previous floods and leadership fiascos, Princeville bounced back.

And each time it bounced back, it is easy to imagine Prince and those former slaves dancing as they celebrated their town’s resilience.

One can also imagine that somewhere in that great beyond, Turner Prince has called a meeting of his town people to tell them about the atrocious political practices ongoing in their community. One can imagine Turner Prince asking, “What’s happening to our beloved town. What happened to the love and the camaraderie we shared when we crossed the Tar River in 1865? We fought so hard for our town and now the majority is about to lose it. Do they know how important Princeville is to the United States? There’s only one oldest town in America chartered by blacks and I’m proud to say that we hold that distinction. Apparently they didn’t get the memo. Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

It’s a crying shame.”

The Ultimate Takedown of Obama’s ‘You Didn’t Build That’ Speech

Print Friendly

President Obama’s instantly infamous “You didn’t build that” speech is a major turning point of the 2012 election not because it was a gaffe but because it was an accurate and concise summary of core progressive fiscal dogma. It was also a political blunder of epic proportions because in his speech Obama unintentionally proved the conservatives’ case for limited government.

This essay will show you how.

When Obama implied at the Roanoke, Virginia rally that some businessmen refuse to pay for public works from which they benefit, he presented a thesis which, like a three-legged stool, relies on three assumptions that must all be true for the argument to remain standing:

1. That the public programs he mentioned in his speech constitute a significant portion of the federal budget;

2. That business owners don’t already pay far more than their fair share of these expenses; and

3. That these specific public benefits are a federal issue, rather than a local issue.

If any of these legs fails, then the whole argument collapses.

Theater seating and self-defense

People say that any hypothetical defender at the Aurora theater would have run the risk of hitting innocent bystanders. The risk existed but consider how typical theater seats rise rise towards the back. It’s the classic “second rank fires over the heads of the first” musketeer arrangement. A perp near the screen would have been on the receiving end of all armed theater patrons simultaneously…had any armed people besides the attacker been present.

‘What are they going to do about guns?’”

Buy even more, dingbat

Within hours of a madman opening fire in a crowded movie theater on Aurora, Colo., gun-control advocates began to use the theater shooting spree, which left 12 dead and 71 wounded, to push their agenda.

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, an ardent gun-control advocate, led the way, citing the massacre on a radio broadcast Friday morning, insisting that statements of sympathy and concern from President Barack Obama’s and Mitt Romney’s campaigns were not enough.

“Soothing words are nice,” said Bloomberg. “But maybe it’s time the two people who want to be president of the United States stand up and tell us what they’re going to do about it, because this is obviously a problem across the country. And everybody always says, ‘Isn’t it tragic?’”

Bloomberg urged the nation’s governors to speak out about the shooting as well.

“I mean, there are so many murders with guns every day. It’s just got to stop,” he said. “And instead of these two people, President Obama and Gov. Romney, talking in broad things about they want to make the world a better place. OK. Tell us how. And this is a problem.”

Bloomberg added: “No matter where you stand on the Second Amendment, no matter where you stand on guns, we have a right to hear from both of them, concretely, not just in generalities, specifically, ‘What are they going to do about guns?’”

Rep. Issa: ATF Closing Ranks on Fast and Furious

Never would have thunk'.........

Rep. Darrell Issa is accusing officials at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) of “closing ranks” in an effort to intimidate potential whistleblowers within the agency.

In an interview with Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren” Thursday evening, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee took issue with a recent ATF training video, in which he said agency director Todd Jones threatened “there will be consequences” if agents went outside “the chain of command” with complaints.

Without whistleblowers, Issa insisted, the problems with the controversial Fast and Furious gun-running operation within the agency would never have been brought to light.

“This is a thinly veiled threat, telling people: ‘Don't go to the press, don't go to Congress, even if the chain of command isn’t working,’ which is really what happened in Fast and Furious,” Issa said.“It wasn’t that ATF people weren’t screaming bloody murder. It’s they weren't being listened to by Justice or by some of their leaders.”

Agency officials have denied the video was intended to threaten ATF employees or that it was meant to keep secrets within the agency. But the California Republican and Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley have written to Jones asking him to clarify his comments in the video.

“Your ominous message, which could be interpreted as a threat, is likely to have a major chilling effect on ATF employees exercising their rights to contact Congress. Therefore it needs to be clarified,” the two lawmakers wrote. “You must remind ATF employees about their right to talk to Congress and provide Congress with information free and clear of agency interference or retaliation.”

Performance Venues - Indicators of Violence & Protective Measures

Roundabout via Ron

FEMA to the rescue! ::)

Here

We have to understand a few things.

Via safetalker

1. The politicians (why I like to refer to them as elected Felons) are committing Treason on a daily or weekly basis. They pass statutes that are, and they know are, unconstitutional. They are also men and women and realize one day the limit will be reached and the people will come for them.

2. That Unconstitutional Corporation at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave is aware that the Floride in the water is wearing off and we can see their crimes.

3. The Men and Women in Uniform are also awakening and the Powers that be can't hire enough Foreigners to keep control of the Military.

With this in front the gun grabbers see this as a last ditch effort to make caring, and some what gullible people voluntarily give up a few of their guns. Then they can hold the town hostage in "local emergencies" till they get the hard core's guns under lock and key.

If they fail the World Order push is over as blue helmets hit the dirt as the men and women go home to protect their families.

The question is how many innocent men and women and children will we allow before we hit back?

Thanks ABC: Falsely Accused Tea Party Member Now Receiving Threats

ABC's Brian Ross may have apologized for linking Colorado Tea Party member James Holmes to the alleged violent "Batman" shooter who killed 12 and wounded 59 others in the early morning hours today, but that hasn't stopped threats against Holmes from rolling in.

5 Reasons to Collect a Krag-Jorgensen

The last Krag variant - the NRA-DCM 22-inch barreled carbine, which turned out to be an ideal size for hunters.

The Krag-Jorgensen .30-40 is a historically significant rifle in that it transitioned the U.S. military from black powder to smokeless. It started looking at it in 1878, a scant two years after the defeat of General George Custer at Little Bighorn. By 1892, the Krag had officially been adopted by modern militaries and put into production.

In The Last Krag, a feature article appearing in Gun Digest 2013, John Malloy looks at the final variant of this important military gun, the NRA-DCM 22-inch barreled carbine.

But if you’re not familiar with the Krag-Jorgensen, here are 5 interesting facts that make it a no-brainer for the military gun collector.

First High-Velocity Small-Bore

As Malloy points out, “The Krag-Jorgensen rifle, often simply called the ‘Krag,’ had an interesting place in our nation’s history,” he writes.

“It was the first U.S. high-velocity smallbore rifle … The cartridge was an American design. The rimmed, bottleneck cartridge case was a bit over 2¼ inches long. It used a .30-caliber 220-grain round-nose jacketed bullet in its ½-inch-long case neck. Forty grains of a new smokeless powder pushed the bullet to a velocity of about 2,000 fps. It was known variously as the .30 Government, .30 Army, .30 USA, or, more commonly later, as the .30-40 Krag. It was a good cartridge, one that would stand the test of time. It proved effective in military use and became a favorite of American big-game hunters.”
