I say it's long past time we handle these matters of "reparations."
Here's the deal:
Option 1: You agree that you're blessed to live in the greatest nation in the history of the world -- and have a nice cup of STFU.
Option 2: We'll gladly ship you to the sub-saharan African nation of your choice, equipped with the per-capita income there multiplied by your age -- for most this would be ~$100-200, maybe $250 if they picked their destination well. In exchange you waive all rights as a US citizen, and "have a nice life!
That plus a one-way "coach" ticket should total under $1k per, a MAJOR savings for the American taxpayer...
We could call it "America: Love it or go back 'home'!"
Have them come on down to Texas and see what sort of reception they'll get...
