Woods cruiser stove

A bare majority of high-school graduates can pass literacy and numeracy tests that were commonplace in 1960—for eighth-graders.

Here's a simple wood burning trail stove for morning coffee or tea. Or for a quick hot breakfast. Remus puts up vacuum-packed single servings of quick oats mixed with brown sugar and powdered milk. Add water and bring to a boil, it's good to go. Building a morning campfire is overkill unless it's otherwise needed, and if it is, this little unit can be lit off and be heating a morning's repast while he's doing it.
