Another bedroom practice of Earl Scruggs's Flint Hill Special. Brothers Jonny Mizzone age 8 on banjo, Robbie Mizzone age 12 on fiddle, and Tommy Mizzone age 13 on guitar.

  1. Their talent is impressive - especially IMHO the banjo-kid. Watched a bunch of their other vids now and ... They really need to work on timing as banjo-boy has a tendency to run away and it turns into a train wreck...

    Also, I've got to say that it always gives me a little bit of the creeps when I see young kids like this... Clearly COUNTLESS hours of instruction and practice at work...

    Watch violin-boys eyes as he looks at whoever is filming in the bedrooom....

    I've known a couple of kid-performers and they don't get time to be a kid, which usually leads to being a screwed-up "adult" someday as well...

    Yes, I've always been an advocate of keeping them a kid as long as possible.
