The very angry first lady Michelle Obama

Michelle’s back, and she’s madder than ever. She was already pretty angry, seemingly unhappy with just about everything. As her husband wrapped up the Democratic nomination in 2008, she let fly her real feelings: “For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country.” A few months into her job as first lady, her French counterpart asked how she liked the gig: “Don’t ask!” she reportedly spat. “It’s hell. I can’t stand it!”

She even seems to be mad at her silver-tongued husband. When the two were to set off on a luxurious 10-day vacation to Martha’s Vineyard, she left early - four hours early - and flew up alone. And those private vacations. She’s traveled to some of the world’s most plush resorts, taking 42 days off in the past year - that’d be eight weeks of vacay time if she held down a normal job.

Now, she is ready to spew her bilious disgust with America on the campaign trail. A dignified, transcendent first lady? No chance. Michelle is going to break with a hundred years of tradition and play the role of attack dog, heaping derision on her husband’s political opponents like no other first lady before her.

  3. My friend the times have changed for sure. I myself find myself getting mad as hell for what we have allowed this country to become. The first lady and I are probably on opposite ends of the spectrum though because she seems to be upset over the crap our kids get fed at McDonald's and I get upset over the crap they are fed in our public schools and I am not talking about he menu. I think Merle Haggard had it right and if you do not love it leave it and if they won't leave then we should. I just ordered a shirt from the Mike Church web site: If You First Don't Secede Try, Try Again.

That is followed by the Jefferson 1803 quote:
Whether we remain in one confederacy, or form into Atlantic or Mississippi confederacies,I believe not very important to our happiness." It is well past time to separate into our own republics. Let all the angry progressive socialists go their way and all those who hold to the Constitutional republics go our way.

The only problem is that the Progressive socialists know they cannot survive stealing from one another. That being said sooner or later there will once again be a confrontation and one that will without a doubt be one not yet seen upon our soil. That bothers me greatly but not as much as the alternative. I pray I am wrong and hope the course we are on can be changed but I prepare for the alternative.

Speaking of Merle one of my favorites and thank you Merle...

  5. As always thank you for your efforts in putting this information out here. I was thinking today how apropos the name of your site is. It is definitely time as a citizen of North Carolina that I demand we Free North Carolina. We need to demand our sovereignty as a free and separate small r republic from the bloated federal beast.
