The Trouble with Herman Cain

  1. Thanks for posting that. I knew Cain was a poser, but I didn't have the time to research it. Tom Woods - I trust. If he says Cain's a dud - that's good enough for me.

  2. Yes, I was really impressed with him at the debate, but evidently he's another Romney who sways with the wind and that is exactly what we DON'T need!:)

  3. Good points! but who WILL be the Conservative front runner that can beat Obama? My vote is for whomever that person will be. And now I have no clue.

  4. It should be a real battle between the establishment Republicans and the Tea party.

  6. Brock - Thanks for posting. Like others, I was impressed by Cain at the SC debate. I didn't like that he had worked for the Federal Reserve, but he seemed to 'get it' in many areas and certainly would have defused the race issue for Obama. Sadly, just another Establishment candidate.

  8. I like Dr. Paul's personal integrity and a great deal of what he says about government intrusion into our lives BUT there ARE times and places where government intervention is necessary and this Dr. Paul (and other libertarians) seem to deny. My big problem is his refusal to see the dangers posed with the invasion of our borders and with the threat of Islam. (I won't say "militant" Islam because there is no such thing.) Given that we already have the establishment of Sharia law in parts of our justice system - of which Dr. Paul seems both ignorant and unconcerned - the danger cannot be underestimated. If he acknowledged that the government DOES need to act CONSTITUTIONALLY to protect Americans, then I would be delighted. But as it is, he seems to be clueless regarding the dangers posed by our enemies other than those in government. Yes, the government is a danger to our way of life, but so are illegals and jihaddhists.

  9. If West would run, I believe he and Bachmann would be our best shot.

  10. Totally disagree with this! Sorry Tom, it seems you don't really have a handle on reality here!
You're a GREAT MONDAY MORNING QUARTERBACKER!
There are many reasons for all you are presenting here, but the way you are doing it, looks like you work for the Democrats! LET THEM DEBATE!

Ron Paul will NEVER WIN!!! Good man, but not a chance!

  12. This is a total crook. There has been nothing said that would sway my attitude toward Herman Cain. I believe and still believe that he is the best chance that we have to getting a republican in office. This country should be ran like a business. His ideas have some weight. And I believe that this is someone who will be able to begin to point our country in the right direction.. Go Herman Cain.... I got you back...
