9. "That there is now substantial prima facie evidence of fraudulent misdirection to put Barack Hussein Obama. John Sidney McCain III, and Roger Calero onto all the State ballots in 2008 at the Federal Elections, involves Defendants Andrew Cuomo the New York Attorney General and Lorraine A. "Editor's note: Ed Dante is a pseudonym for a writer who lives on the East Coast. Through a literary agent, he approached The Chronicle wanting to tell the story of how he makes a living writing papers for a custom-essay company and to describe the extent of student cheating he has observed. In the course of editing his article, The Chronicle reviewed correspondence Dante had with clients and some of the papers he had been paid to write. In the article published here, some details of the assignment he describes have been altered to protect the identity of the student."
"For those of you who have ever mentored a student through the writing of a dissertation, served on a thesis-review committee, or guided a graduate student through a formal research process, I have a question: Do you ever wonder how a student who struggles to formulate complete sentences in conversation manages to produce marginally competent research? How does that student get by you?"

Columbia, MO November 18, 2010 - Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Venture plays host to a hand full of Southern Poverty Law Center "patriots" as Venture and team expose the plans for FEMA facilities. The program, which originally aired on TruTV on Friday, November 12, 2010, will re-air this Friday, November 19, at 8 PM, 7 pm Central.
Ventura hosts guest independent filmmaker William Lewis, along with guests Alex Jones, Catherine Bleish, and John Bush as Ventura and his team explore FEMA legislation, locations, and more. Lewis directs Ventura team member Daniel Kucan to a FEMA Location outside Los Angeles, California, where Kucan can see the massive security fence, the trailers, and barbed wire facing inward.
The legislation, HR 645, is a particularly nasty bit of legislative handiwork. Called National Emergency Centers Establishment Act, HR 645 spells out what the purpose of the centers; to provide housing, medical and other aid to people dislocated in the case of an emergency or a disaster. The minimum requirements for these facilities are to be "capable of meeting for an extended period of time the housing, health, transportation, education, public works, humanitarian and other transitional needs of a large number of individuals" and are to be able to be "scaled up or down" as needed.
While the Southern Poverty Law Center, CNN and even Glenn Beck thinks these emergency facilities are innocuous enough, the loss of liberties at such a rapid rate since 9/11, especially with FEMA's mishandling of the crisis during their involvement during Hurricane Katrina, and the passage of the USA PATRIOT Acts, allowing the indefinite detention of someone on the word and suspicion of one person, makes this legislation and these facilities a real concern.
The FEMA-centered documentaries released by producer Gary Franchi and director William Lewis address all of this and much more. For more information, please visit www.CampFEMA.com
News From the Swamp: Democrats' Tin Ear
Nancy Pelosi defeated Rep. Heath Shuler (D-NC) for the post of minority leader in the 112th Congress by a vote of 150-43. This couldn't be better news -- for Republicans. Pelosi, who boasts a whopping 8 percent approval rating among independent voters, has vociferously denied liability for her party's epic election losses, saying, "We didn't lose the election because of me." Just keep telling yourself that, Nancy.
Meanwhile, in their current majority position, the Democrat leadership structure includes Pelosi as speaker, Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) as majority leader and Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) as majority whip. In January, when the Democrats shift to the minority, only two leadership positions will be available, making Clyburn the odd man out.
Democrat leaders decided to create a new "assistant leader" position out of thin air to avoid a protracted battle between Hoyer and Clyburn over the minority whip position. (Is it just us, or is it weirdly ironic that Clyburn, who is black, was seeking the position of "minority whip" in the party of slavery?) There's no indication as to what the duties of this new position are, and Clyburn's colleagues in the Congressional Black Caucus suspect that it's merely a move to appease them. Given that Democrats depend on getting 90 percent of the black vote each election cycle, they could very well be right.
Here's a quick summary:
- Financial Collapse. Already in motion.
- Commercial Collapse. Just started.
- Political Collapse (a loss of faith in the political process). First part is over (the recent election in the US). Second part is going to be nasty.
- Social Collapse. Potentially the end state or stable equilibrium point for most of the world. Everyone against everyone with points awarded by the global marketplace.
- Cultural Collapse. Full meltdown. Global market breaks.
